Are there soldiers names listed on the memorial?
We donated money to the memorial fund and they said soldiers names would be listed!
My fathers name is listed online but was just wondering if there are names on the memorial itself.

My husband is in the U.S. Navy and i currently deployed in Korea. I want to put me and my our two boys hand prints on a t-shirt and put some sort of special saying on there. Can i please have suggestions to help me out with what i should put. Also if you have any good idea's for things i can include in my package to him would be really appreciated.

In my town I see 62 year old men and women screaming "Welcome home" to the young troops as they step off the planes and walk toward down town Mt Clemens. These same people cussed the Vietnam Veterans back in 1971 and 1973 when those troops came home. Guess what we did? As those old prune faced old war protesters walked over to my American Legion buddies who are Vietnam Vets we turned our backs on those old war protesters. We just turned our backs on them and didn't say a word. Let them praise the Iraqi troops. We have long memories and all they will see is our backs.

Both nations have populations in excess of a billion and both have rapidly growing economies but will this mean both countries will continously live in peace? Also note that the states will still be around at this point far into the future but as the british empire fell so too will americas reign of the world. Will it just be between these two nations or will it involve other nations as well?

Gunmen attack market in Iraq, killing 41 By ROBERT H. REID, Associated Press Writer

BAGHDAD, Iraq - Dozens of heavily armed attackers raided an open air market Monday in a tense town south of Baghdad, killing at least 46 people and wounding about 90, Iraqi and U.S. officials said. Some reports put the death toll far higher. Most of the victims were believed to be Shiites.

Meanwhile, three U.S. soldier were fatally wounded Monday in western Baghdad, the U.S. military said. It was the fourth U.S. military fatality in the Baghdad area since Saturday. A bomb killed two people and wounded nine Monday in east Baghdad, according to police.

Monday's attack in Mahmoudiya began about 9 a.m. with a brief mortar barrage, followed by an armed assault by dozens of gunmen. They killed three Iraqi soldiers at a checkpoint, then stormed the market, firing automatic weapons and rocket propelled grenades. The U.S. Military can not stop they attacks.
