Are there soldiers names listed on the memorial?
We donated money to the memorial fund and they said soldiers names would be listed!
My fathers name is listed online but was just wondering if there are names on the memorial itself.

I have been to the world war 2 memorial and I didint see any names, all I saw their was each of the 4048 gold stars represents approximately 100 Americans who lot their lives. Their are also 2 theaters, the Atlantic and the pacific theaters. Each side has all the battle that US forces have fought in.

No, there are no individual names on the memorial. There are quotes from different soldiers, there is a pillar for every state, there are battle mentions with dates, and I think a star for every 10k in people killed, but no individual names. There would unfortunately be too many I think.
