im on a student visa and recently i have been suspended (for the things that i didnt do - so fcuking unfair). anyways, the only options that i have is to enroll in another school as a fulltime student but my parents could not support me. i want to stay in america coz i know if i go back, i wouldnt wanna come back here again, thus i cant graduate (and i only have 16 more credits to graduate). i went to USCIS website and got this few forms that could be my options. can anybody tell me which form would be the most suitable for my case?

can someone tell me who to turn employers in to that hire illegal immigrants? also motels and slumlords that rent to them? where can i post pictures of illegals standing around waiting for someone to give them a day job? "pics of work trucks with the names of the companies that hire them" this goes on daily where i live. the local Mayor and police dept. look the other way. i know they drive by them standing there. i have to drive 80 miles to work because the illegals work so cheap that the employers will not pay a decent wage to anyone that isnt. the reason that they can work so cheap is because there are 13 families living in the same house and splitting the cost. they dont have any other expenses. no insurance (health, auto, homeowners). they are a burdon on the people that work to pay for there free health care and free school lunches. among other things. we have got to stand up and be heard in the government. if your in texas vote for someone that cares before its to late. Or is it only a crime when used towards american citizens?True, illegal entry into america is a crime. But,isn't it also a crime to discriminate against those same illegal people?Illegal entry=crime.Discrimination also equals hate crime.Right?Regardless of where the person came from,in the United States discrimination is a crime same as illegal entry. So,why shouldn't those that discriminate against illegal immigrants be charged?A crime is a crime, right?Or do we have biased laws here too?

So why dont we start pro-creating .If you decide to care for a dog and climb up the social ladder ,and you are white .You are as much to blame as bush. Why do us white folk live in grand homes ? Why do we have such a wealthy income ? And then decide to own a pet instead of pro-creating ? Lets start making babies so are white genes can live on !

Recently large demonstrations have taken place across the country protesting the fact that Congress is finally addressing the issue of illegal immigration. Certain people are angry that the US might protect its own borders, might make it harder to sneak into this country and, once here, to stay indefinitely.
Let me see if I correctly understand the thinking behind these protests. Let's say I break into your house. Let's say that when you discover me in your house, you insist that I leave. But I say, "I made all the beds and washed the dishes and did the laundry and swept the floors; I've done all the things you don't like to do. I'm hard-working and honest (except for when I broke into your house)."According to the protesters, not only must you let me stay, you must add me to your family's insurance plan and provide other benefits to me and to my family (my husband will do your yard work because he too is hard-working and honest, except for that breaking in part).

If you try to call the police or force me out, I will call my friends who will picket your house carrying signs that proclaim my right to be there. It's only fair, after all, because you have a nicer house than I do, and I'm just trying to better myself. I'm hard-working and honest...... um, except for well, you know. And what a deal it is for me!! I live in your house, contributing only a fraction of the cost of my keep, and there is nothing you can do about it without being accused of selfishness, prejudice and being anti-housebreaker.

Oh yeah, anther thing...I want you to learn my language too so you can communicate with me.

Why can't people see how ridiculous this is?! Only in America....If you agree, pass it on"

The Mexican Goverment should double their efforts in making Mexico a 1rst World Country, that way, mexicans would´nt fled to America; but on the other hand, the US Goverment should enforce their laws in not employing illegal aliens.
I think these problem has to sides, and both countries have a lot of work to do.
And for those who said that the mexican goverment toss thier countrymen into US soil, I think your a little bit wrong, we rather see mexicans grow big, than dying in the dessert or work for minimum wage.

continue to pour into the USA, not a form of "taxation without representation"?

(our leaders are more concerned with representing those illegals rather than the taxpaying legal, voting citizens.. whose rights to protections the president swore to under oath are being compromised)

I see many statements not even questions posted on this form that have nothing to do with Immigration. Many just talk bad about Hispanics and Blacks.

"I think it's kind of peculiar and kind of comical that people are shocked that the number of Latinos are going up," said Gregory Salcido, 32, a history teacher at El Rancho High School outside Los Angeles. "No matter where you go, you'll see people my skin shade."

The Golden State added 4.1 million people during the 1990s, more than the individual populations of 26 other states. But the state's 13.8 percent growth rate ranked only 18th nationally.

With 33.9 million people, California is easily the most populous state. Nearly one of every eight Americans is a Californian and the state's booming economy, fueled in part by a huge labor force, is ranked sixth in the world.

California is gaining one congressional seat because of its growth, its smallest delegation increase in 80 years.

The Hispanic population nationally grew by 58 percent to 35.3 million, or about 13 percent of the U.S. population. Nearly one in every three Hispanics nationwide lives in California.

California joins New Mexico, Hawaii and the District of Columbia where non-Hispanic whites are also in the minority.

A 27 percent increase in the Asian population in California was due mostly to immigration, according to the state.

In the Canary Islands and EU one of the illegal immigration problems is from Africans illegally immigrating to the west. Many die trying.

In response, Gambia took steps rather different from those Mexico is taking. "Reacting to the growing spate of young African emigrants attempting to reach the European citadel, through the Canary Islands, the Gambia Immigration Department, yesterday issued a press release, condemning the act as illegal.

According to the three-paragraph press release, the act is "dangerous" and has claimed the lives of numerous young Africans, who had attempted it.

As a result, the Immigration Department then warned the public that the security forces have been alerted, saying any person caught will be dealt with according to the law."

Why doesn't Mexico - and for that matter, why don't ALL countries - take this approach?

Governor Owens said, “Convicted illegal aliens cost Colorado taxpayers $25 million annually…Medicaid births for non-citizens cost taxpayers $30 million annually…1,615 applicants for IDs couldn’t produce legal documents showing they were not legal immigrants.”

What’s despicable? Illegal aliens’ children costing Colorado taxpayers $564.1 million annually. Last year 271 hit and run accidents occurred in Greeley, Colorado. Three Colorado citizens suffered death at the hands of illegal aliens drunks and shooters. Aurora Mayor Tauer said, “My city pays more than $5 million a year for police and fire services to illegal aliens...$20 million goes for education of illegal alien children…finally, $10 million pays for emergency room care for illegal aliens at two Aurora hospitals (small city near Denver).”
