Argue On Behalf Of Native Americans
With The Excuse That
Americans Stole The Land From Them ??

If The Injun Nation Still Has Such A Problem
After All These Decades,
Wouldn't They Be On The Warpath Themselves??

In Fact, The Injuns Are Standing WITH American Citizens
AGAINST ILLEGAL Aliens In Our / Their Nation

My Question :

Why Does The Hispanic / Latino / Mexicano Community
Continue To Throw That In Our Faces
As An Excuse For ILLEGAL Immigration ??

If someone is here illegally, has been here for years, pays taxes with a valid social card obtained without document fraud (it is possible) and has not committed any crimes (aside from being here illegally), should they be deported?
BTW, This is not a hypothetical situation.

These is often used to explain why you people have so many children. The Catholic Church also considers violation of a country's laws to be a mortal sin. Jesus and St. Paul both told us to obey the laws of a country. I am specifically talking about violation of immigration laws to come to the U.S. illegally and not some petty crime like speeding or littering. I am course asking this of illegal aliens and not legal immigrants.
The only way to remedy this situation is to go to a priest and confess. Of course the sacrament of absolution requires one to quit commiting the sin with true repentance. The only way to do this is to return to the country you are from. Otherwise, you damn your souls to hell by living in a state of mortal sin.
Or could it be you are not practicing Catholics and are nothing but apostates and couldn't care less about God's or humananity's laws and you are totally selfish and here for self gratification?

Thank You to REMY D for clarification of this topic.

RACIST : based on racial intolerance,"racist remarks": discriminatory especially on the basis of ones race or religion: a person with a belief that their race is superior to others.

BIGOT: (from the french word bi' got meaning hypocrite) one who is strongly partial to one's own group, race, religion, or politicsand is intolerant of those who differ.

see any similarities?

Now tell me that you are not a racist, bigot, and a hypocrite.
By the way I am only agreeing with your buddy REMY D (self proclaimed Bigot)

All other immigrants that came to this country had to go through processes to become citizens. they were tested for diseases, criminal history, had to take classes and pass tests, and wait on visas. people from other countries continue to do this yet primarily mexicans think they are above doing all this and should have citizenship handed to them. so again what makes them so special as to expect this?

egals?

Since you are just so "me vale verga" about the true negative impact that illegal immigration has in our nation (yes, I know, you get your lawn mowed cheaply, but you fail to realize that when Julio chops off his toe with the mower, you and I end up paying the hospital bill), surely you will have the morals and principles to pony up and pay the taxes that will be required to pay the newly minted legalized criminals their earned income credit?

Ooooops, I forget who we are dealing with. You have no morals or principles or respect for the rule of law.

And make sure you salute my flag!!!!

I heard on Rush (yeah I'm one of those) that the Australian Prime Minister wants Muslim immigrants to treat women like equals and learn to speak English. There were reports of Muslim groups complaining about this. If they don't like it go back to where they came from. Maybe it will be more to their liking. This is a very small part of what is actually occurring by the way.

I don't care if it takes years to get papers....there were immigrants before that did it properly and there will still be immigrants in the future that will do it properly. If you can't do it the right way, then do NOT come here!!!

I'm not saying all you are racist, but c'mon, for those who do laugh and support those "jokes", there has to be some prejudice behind it.

I work with a nice Mexican guy. I don't think he is illegal, but not really sure. He is married, owns his own home.
He has 3 daughters all of which have children that live with him. Fathers are not in the picture. They are all on welfare. He just told me when he retires he is going back to Mexico because this country has done nothing for him.
I couldn't believe it. What do you think of that statement?

My 11 month old daughter has really bad eczema. She scratches so much that that a lot of the time her skin is left raw and has to be put on prescription creams.Today she is travelling across the other side of the world with her dad who just rang me and said that the airport officials seized everyone of her skin creams even her nappy cream. My daughter has not yet gotten to her destination since she started off 6.30 this morning and is presently in absolute agony with her skin.Do these officials use discretion at all.Imagine your skin feeling as though its on fire and because some wise *** made decision you should pay the price and you were just a bystander?

Dear Linda:

Thank you for writing me regarding immigration policy. I share your belief that our current immigration laws should be reformed.

I have heard from constituents on both sides of this issue, all of whom make passionate arguments. I have concluded that we must pass comprehensive, compassionate reform that reaffirms the rule of law and brings the undocumented population out of hiding through an earned path to citizenship.

I worked with Senator Martinez (R-FL) on an editorial published in the Wall Street Journal on December 15, 2005 that argues for comprehensive reform (see enclosure). We also sent a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee making much the same argument.

In my view, the principles put forth by Senators McCain and Kennedy in their bill, S. 1033, created the right foundation for a permanent solution. Senators McCain and Kennedy argue that immigration problems in our country require a three-pronged response: 1) strengthen border security; 2) establish a path to legalization that includes fines and adherence to the rule of law for immigrants and their families who may have entered the United States illegally but are now contributing and responsible members of society; and, 3) create a "guest worker" program whereby American businesses can temporarily recruit foreign workers for jobs that American workers cannot or refuse to fill. Because I agree with that framework, I have co-sponsored the McCain/Kennedy bill, and I can assure you that I will continue to work with Senators Kennedy and McCain and my Senate colleagues to push comprehensive immigration reform.

The areas where Senator Martinez and I would like to strengthen the McCain-Kennedy proposal include more specific improvements in border enforcement as well as making it mandatory for employers to use a new, efficient, electronic system for verifying the legality of their workers. Going forward, a new guestworker system should pay people fairly in order to avoid pushing wages down. We believe a functional, fair guestworker program would discourage illegal immigration.

But let me be clear. Like our nation's religious and civil rights communities, I oppose enforcement-only approaches like Rep. Sensenbrenner's bill, H.R. 4437. I also oppose the construction of a fence or wall along the U.S.-Mexico border because it would be too expensive, ineffective, and hurt our relations with Mexico. The fence proposed in H.R. 4437 would run 698 miles at a cost of at least $3.2 billion. The House bill was opposed by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the AFL-CIO, U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, American Jewish Committee, and over 200 other faith-based, business, labor, religious, local governments, civil rights, and ethnic groups. The common denominator of their opposition and mine is that the bill would have a profoundly negative impact on workers, on businesses, on families, and on local communities without making the country safer or fixing any part of the broken immigration system.

The President and Congress must look at immigration reform in a comprehensive manner to guarantee not just that enforcement and border security are enhanced but also that all workers, including immigrant and “guest” workers, are treated fairly and are afforded basic labor protections, and that work is rewarded and families are united. I fought for these principles when I spoke on the floor and offered amendments during the recent Senate debate on this issue, and I will continue to urge my Senate colleagues to pass comprehensive immigration reform as soon as possible. I look forward to working with the people of Illinois, my colleagues in Congress, and the President on these issues during my time in Washington. Together I am confident that we will be able to shape immigration policies that benefit both new immigrants and American citizens.

Again, thank you for contacting me. Please stay in touch on this or any other issue of concern.

Sincerely,

Barack Obama
United States Senator

BTW, Congressmen first make sure that you are a REISTERED voter prior to considering what you have to say. They have staff to do that. They aren't foole by illegals.

"Thank you for writing to express your opposition to an "amnesty" for immigrants who have no legal status in the United States.

While I believe immigrants have contributed much to the United States and will continue to do so, I would be very reluctant to support another large-scale "amnesty" such as the one enacted into law in 1986. Our immigration laws should facilitate legal immigration and discourage illegal immigration. An amnesty such as the 1986 program --- which provided millions of visas reserved exclusively for people who could prove they were illegally in the
United States, while granting no similar benefit to those who had been obeying our laws --- does exactly the opposite.
