if your children are under age 18 and have permanent resident status, no. they will become citizens automatically and can apply for certificates of citizenship and or U.S. passports after one parent naturalizes. But they have to be under age 18 on the date one parent becomes naturalized.

I believe that you and your husband can apply for citizenship however, you do not have to apply for your children because once you become a citizen if your children are minors they automatically become citizens.
If they are 18 and older they have to apply for themselves...

yes, they'll get a dependent's visa. you'll have to at least register them. http://www.uscis.com just look up the faq's on children's visas.
