Yes. All states should follow their lead.

Cora, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal has upheld it and actually the 10th amendment reserves quite a bit of power to the states.

Lets put it this way, what if you only had enough food to feed your kids and now your neighbor came over opened your front door with out knocking and sat down at your dinner table and DEMANDED that you use that food to feed their kids. They didn't pay for it you did, your kids are hungry too...What do you do?

A) Try to divide it, now YOUR kids are hungry from not having enough. And now he EXPECTS you to buy their food every day, even though its not enough and your kids will suffer.

-OR-

B) Tell him to get the hell off your property and to provide for his own kids at his house?

What do you think would happen if you went to a foreign country and demanded they take care of you? That's right, it wouldn't happen. And no, we are NOT a land of excess as sympathizers would have you believe.

Good question.

This is what U call a slow but good start, this state has pleaded with the federal government to do something and of course they failed. I think each state should take this action without federal approval and see what happens, but when it comes to California the federal gov. needs to give this state a big kick in the a_s_s!

Absolutely. If illegals want benefits, they need to become citizens and pay taxes like the rest of us do. I, for one, am tired of supporting illegals with my tax dollars.
