Why do we always have to choose between bad and worse? (And you usually pick the worse...)

We have all these people condemning the war, why aren't Americans condemning that religious group parading at their funerals? Demoralizing the surviving famlies and OUR COUNTRY! Does this mean Americans believe that the solidiers are being punished by GOD and they support it?

- Opium production in Afghanistan is up 50% from last year.

-Afghanistan NOW SUPPLIES 92% of the world's opium (illegally) for heroin and other opiate derivatives.

-The money gathered from OPIUM SALES is allowing the TALIBAN to return to power and FINANCE the insurgency in Iraq.

- The military needs another 20,000 troops in Afghanistan but America's armed forces are stretched so thin that we can't accomodate that number. Poland has offered 900 troops - but, as we all know, Polish people can't fight.
In fact, a Polish soldier pulls the pin out of a grenade and THROWS THE PIN at the enemy. Hitler conquered Poland by marching troops in who had no bullets in their guns BTW.

IRAQ...

We all know IRAQ is a QUAGMIRE - an unfocused mess where the insurgency is just as destructive now as it was years ago. America defeated Nazi Germany and Japan but, we are now going into year 4 of "the War on terror".

Isn't it obvious IRAQ is America's next VIETNAM?

A LOST WAR !?!

Its obvious that there are no checks & balances in America's government due to the republican majority rule.

Its obvious that the current administration is willing to go to war against countries who do not pose an immediate threat to America - and its also highly possible that the current administration allowed a conspiracy to take place on 9/11 as a means of forcing America to war in the Middle East.

Its obvious Bush is a WAR CRIMINAL at this point - though he probably won't be impeached... I'm reffering to the use of torture and illegal detainment of arabs in Guantanamo (ruled unconstitutional) which even the Republican party's REAL WAR VETERANS (not some bullsh!t Texas Air Force National Guard) have detracted from. i.e. John Mccain.

Its obvious BUSH lied to America about the reason for the war and it is obvious he's a puppet of the militant right wing.

THAILAND RECENTLY HAD A COUP, WHY NOT AMERICA?

I used to care...But i asked online what would u do if u saw me with a bumper sticker on my car that said 9/11 was an inside job, they said i would beat you up, i would give u the finger, u may get threats, stalkers, etc

It says in the last days good will be seen as evil and evil seen as good. Dick cheney is the mastermind behind 9/11 and killed 3000 people and people support him, I tell the truth, and people say i should be killed.
Now they are planning to nuke an american city and blame it on Iran..I am trying to warn the people and get the word out and they tell me i should be killed, beaten up etc, So why should i care if a nuke goes off? The american People are practually asking for it.

If anybody wants to contact me my email is sleepy_y2k_23@hotmail.com

why is the natural-born citizenship requirement only for being president ?
shouldn't it also be for congress and the supreme court?
with the importance of these positions. we need these people to be natural-born citizens.

Let's say you need to use to refer to all "insular areas" of the United States on a website, but don't expect anyone to know what an insular area actually is. The official definition from the Department of the Interior's Office of Insular Affairs is:

"A jurisdiction that is neither a part of one of the several States nor a Federal district. This is the current generic term to refer to any commonwealth, freely associated state, possession or territory or Territory and from July 18, 1947, until October 1, 1994, the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands." (http://www.doi.gov/oia/FAQ/faq2.htm)

So, "insular area" is really too unknown, and "commonwealth, freely associated state, possession or territory or Territory" is just too long. Is there any casual middle ground?

How can it be said that the Declaration of Independence was purely "Lockean" (John Locke) but the Constitution was purely Hobbesian? (Thomas Hobbes). This is purely analytical and long answers are appreciated.
