What is meant by the Courts guaranteeing the press protection from prior restraint? If you set up a website, are you personally protected under First Amendment freedom of the press, or is it reserved for journalists? Can newspapers protect confidential news sources?

Actual Definition of Communism-
The political theory or system in which all property and wealth is owned in a classless society by all the members of a community.

I have heard many people scream and rant about "those damn commies", and others say that it was a good idea but not executed properly.

Please do not submit any rantings as it will be completely overlooked, but rather an honest answer to what it is and WHY it "didn't work out" or its "such a bad thing"?

My question is for all the anti goverment, anti Bush, anti war protesters like MYSEF. Who has voiced our negative opinions aganist the goverment on Yahoo Answers: Do you think that they now have your IP ADDRESS and they know who YOU are and that you have been added to their WATCH LIST?

One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we've been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. The bamboozle has captured us. -Carl Sagan

Iam not a raving conspiracy lunatic. I only know that there are lies. Where there are lies, there has to be a cover up of some kind.
Never in the HISTORY of the world has a steel framed structure collapsed due to fire. Even fires that were raging for 10 hours. And we are expected to believe, that not one, not two, but three buildings collapsed at free fall speed on the same day! Building 7 was not even hit, and had zero reason to collapse. And since so many people were recorded (including the firefighters and newpeople) saying that they heard explosions, several explosions, why werent the ruins at least investigated?? All of it was immediately carted away on a barge to China before any investigation could be done. Even for the purpose of studying it should have been investigated. every little plane crash, each shred of the plane is gathered and studied. Here we have 3 giant buildings taken down, and all the evidence is whisked away?

What's the one question your dieing to ask?

was written without 'Under God' included. It was included in the 40's during the McCarthy Communist Scare. Basically if you weren't Christian you were un-American and Communist.

The pledge was fine just the way it was before 'Under God'; people recited it and it was a great way to show our allegiance to our country. Now there is a fight to have those added words removed because it forces people to pledge allegiance to a country they love while invoking God onto them.

People have a right to believe what they want and, according to the laws of this country, shouldn't be forced to say or believe in something they don't want to. Why then should we continue to have these words in our Pledge to a country that isn't supposed to have alliance to any one particular religion or belief? What about the people that don't believe in God yet love this country and want to speak their allegiance to it along with everyone else? What has happened to the tolerance that this country was built on?
