U.S. will give detainees Geneva rights
WASHINGTON - The Bush administration, which is looking foolish now, called to account by Congress in the wake of a Supreme Court ruling blocking military tribunals, said Tuesday all detainees at Guantanamo Bay and in U.S. military custody everywhere are entitled to protections under the Geneva Conventions. White House spokesman Tony Snow said the policy, outlined in a new Defense Department memo, reflects the mood of the country. "Bush can not be a Dictator". Bush must follow the rules of war. It was stated Bush broke down and cried like a baby.
