I live on Ft. Huachuca. Our flag is half mast today too....

Could be because of the terrorist attacks in India. Just a guess, I haven't seen others at half mast yet.

Half mast usually means its in honor of a fallen commrade or special occasion being remembered,could be due to the attack in India..but we just lost 2 more soldiers as well..They have a tape of their executions..
