Why do Americans not wanna hear the truth about 9-11?

There is SO much DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE showing that the US Government had prior knowledge of the events of 9-11 and American citizens just don't wanna listen it's CRAZY.

Never mind the evidence pointing to the fact that the towers could not possibly have been taken down by two planes and their jet fuel. AND WTC 7, which wasn't even hit by a plane and had NO structural damage!

I never said no planes hit the towers but that they couldn't have brought them down because they were built to withstand a plane hitting them...

Yeah Bharris44 and they also thought that the world was flat and those who said it was round were ridiculed and said to be crazy but now look at it... I feel your frustration. I've been researching 9/11 for the past 6 months and totally agree with your comments. Remember, the 9/11 attacks were carefully planned and orchastrated. Within hours of the attacks Bush and the media "knew" who did it. From that point on the propaganda and psychological warfare was in motion. Any disent or questioning of the "official conspiracy theory" was pooh-poohed. Remember Bush saying, "Your either with us or your with the terrorists". Powerful Sh*t !

Accepting that 9/11 was an inside job tears down people's beliefs in our country, our govt. and the current Admin. (if you support them). 1. People simply can't believe it and "don't want to go there". 2. If you accept the abundance of evidence that our govt. was complicit in the attacks, what do you do with the information?

The 9/11 video doesn't hold water!!!!!!!!!!!!

The U.S. Justice Department released a video ( http://judicialwatch.org/flight77.shtml ) of what appears to be American Airlines Flight 77 crashing into the Pentagon on the morning of September 11, 2001.

The right-wing mind control machine may have pulled the wool over the eyes of the ignorant red state masses, but when it comes to the finer intricacies of aeronautical engineering and aviation crash physics, they’re on my turf.

If there are two things I know, they are: 1) It’s not “kiddie porn” if the website says the babes are “barely legal”, and 2) a Boeing 757 doesn’t simply zip to the ground like a bullet and disintegrate on impact as if it had slammed into a reinforced concrete fortress at 400 mph. Anyone in the movie business will tell you that when a commercial aircraft crashes, it sort of glides down in slow motion, clips the guitar off the top of the Hard Rock Café, and then skids on its belly for about 13 blocks before screeching to a halt mere inches away from the edge of a cliff. Yet to this day, any photographs taken of the Pentagon crash site show very little debris, if any at all.

You’d think that if Bush was going to stage a phony plane crash convincing enough to fool everyone but our most brightest Hollywood stars, he’d at least toss a landing gear or a section of the fuselage out onto the lawn. But the Shrub got cocky and slipped up. Now, when a majority of us on YA believe Bush personally flew into the Pentagon with a pair of ACME bat wings and a giant firecracker strapped to his back, out comes this convenient video. But nobody’s buying it, least of all me.

The video itself is of such poor quality that it wouldn’t even fool Forrest Gump. The Pentagon can photograph me from outer space, yet they can’t put a camera in their parking lot capable of producing an image larger than three inches wide?

I’m afraid that until Bush provides me with some better footage, or finally allows Michael Moore to analyze metallurgical data from all the supposed “debris” recovered at the “crash site”, the jury is still out on Bush's innocence, as well as the fate of Flight 77.

you know what it is not that we do not want to know the truth it is just there is so much "truth "out there that you can watch one theory and believe it then you watch another that contradicts the first one .i honeslty do believe that the us knew of the planned attacks long before bush was elected to office i also believe that things are let go so "it can not happen on my watch" way of thinking.there are so many conspiracy theories out there and each with a good basis in fact .you just dont know which to believe.but beyond the fact that they knew about before hand or what not it did happen and even though it happened in america it happened to the world cause it just shows that everyone is a target to these terrorist groups.(wasnt just americans that died on 9-11 ).but right now we should not be thinking of well if you did that then ,or he did that when, and concentrate on dissolving these factions before they take anymore lives for a cause only they believe or a reason only they understand. but honestly there is always be another terror cell ready to take its place.

If you were being intelligent and fair in your comments, you would look at the evidence on the other side as well. Remember - a scientist did the math and PROVED that a bee could not fly. Another one PROVED that a man could not run a mile in less than four minutes.

You nedd REAL proof not consipiracy theory. We will never know the whole truth-- there are alot of things that just don't add up tho.

That said-- what's makes anybody think that we didn't really know something was up and just didn't stop it in time or let hit happen on purpose. One is naive to think it COULDN"T happen as a means to get us into war. Come on, its been done before --- Pearl Harbor, attack on the Maine (?)--spanish/american war

Because it is easier to believe that we are the good guys everyone else is the bad guys. Americans like to live in their "bubble of arrogance and ignorance." http://infowars.com also has a video of the head of FEMA stating on national television, "we arrived late monday night and went to the disaster on tuesday morning." the attacks happened tuesday morning! this man and his men came from hours away, why would we have disaster relief already in place if we didnt know? there is also another video of a fireman stating that his men had been called to the disaster the night before.
