I feel like both the republicans and the democrats have good things to offer. Why are we so black and white? Why can't we have a party that offers the good from both be elected. We are a democracy, That doesn't mean that only two parties should dominate congress.

Is it adviseable (or feasible, for that matter) that the world unite at a global scale and have a single individual governing it?

'Girls gone wild' vedios bought by Katrina 'victims' is not even the tip of the iceberg. Every month the Welfare recipients buy ciggerretts, booze, drugs, lottery, guns and ammo, pet-food, ****, pay-per-view events and much more with our tax dollars. We then also pay for the medicare spending for diseases caused buy tobacoo, alcohol and drugs.
Why can't goventment have a debit card that controls what these freeloaders can buy with OUR money? A card that is good on only some stores that accept it and rejects all not-essential items -so if I am one of these freeloades and go to a conviniece store and get a gallon of milk and a loaf of bread and a pack of ciggerrettes and a lotery ticket, the card would pay for the first two but reject payment on last two?
I can already hear the bleeding heart liberals saying that the welfare fraud is nothing in comparison to corporate giveaways - but stoping one does not proclude us from stoping the otther- the two are independent - and it all matters!

had told you the "real reasons" for war (Sadaam is a tyranical dictator, Liberating the Iragi's, Oil, ETC.) instead of Sadaam is going to use WMD's in conjuctin with terrorist organizations to kill
Americans. Would you still have been for it. Don't you think that George Jr. was just cleaning up his Dad's mess?

The anti-war protesters in the 1960's (mostly college kids)are as about as popular and well recieved as a ugly fungus on your face. After all the ugly history they have from spitting on returning soldiers in airports to their many protest that led no where...most of these X-protesters from that era run from their shameful past much like one runs from fire. If you notice they don't exactly have reunion parties..and for good reason.
Do you think the current deep thinking protesters
will find the same fate as their hippy counterparts?

When the victory parades start..will they be found?
Or will they live in quiet shame as the x-hippies do?

He has shrouded his actions with lies and secrecy, he has allowed his big business buddies get rich off our country's calamities, and he can't even answer a single question without talking in circles. We seemed to have freaked out over Clinton's marital problems, but not lies about WMD? Are we REALLY that stupid?

I think the government should tell the public about what's really happening with the aliens, because what if some day half the earth gets abducted, we'll blame the government for not telling us you know? :) :)

I have seen the video feeds but only a couple have Maliki's response included and both of them appear to fade out before he has finished his full response. Ideally I hope not to have to subscribe to a pay for service to find a complete transcript
