Yes. I guess so but it would never work because Bush would have to be charged with a felony or general incompetence. I would be struck down not only by Republicans but also by the Democrats. Only two presidents have ever been impeached: Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton

Not one person but I think there should be a way if you could start a petition and get hundreds of thousands of names to impeach the President .
After all , they did impeach Clinton for having sex in the Ovel Office ( or was it ) ? That was just ONE lie . Check out the Constitution .

Yes, as long as that person is a member of the US House or Senate. Per the Constitution, "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" have to be charged. The Senate conducts the proceedings, presided over by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

Sure why not.

One person got over 100 countries to ban land mines. You have to tools to be a super empowered individual. The Internet is a great leveler. Just start with an Email. Local Government and your fellow citizens. But you would have to keep it up. And be damn sure that you are right. One man can change the world today. but think about what your change means. Are you sure you want to do this and do you have proof. Not just i read it on the Internet but Proof...yes with a capitol P.

If you feel strongly about it and you are well informed you can do just about anything.
