Government not fair? What Government? Aside from a lottery for all the people, what besides the mall is working well in America these days. Here is a list of some of the things under funded in America so we can pay for the War in Iraq.
First, the under funded needs of Americans include adequate medical treatment, education, job opportunity, an orderly civilization, a sense of hope and caring for other human beings like our neighbors, streets and highways, air pollution, cancer clusters, lost pensions, lost and disappeared social security money, and on on and oonnn. Oh boy what a great time our children are going to have in their future.

Government? Maybe you mean lawmakers and the court system? If you mean lawmakers, which include judges, I would say they are leaning to the far right and are very unfair.
The sad fact of the matter is that it is only going to get worse with Alito and J.Roberts now on the Supreme Court.
Just yesterday there was a 5-4 rulling (5 Neocons now on the S.Court) that ignored the 'knock and announce' law when the police come to your house.
This is the first sign of what is to come... where individual rights are ignored... eventually this country will be the same as Nazi Germany.
