I am curious as to whether there is a specific organization in place to protect American ambassadors while they live and work in another country. I know it is not the local military, but is it the USMC (United States Marine Corps) or another armed service or agency, such as the Secret Service. I know that the Secret Service is not responsible for ambassadors of the United States, only foreign dignitaries within the United States. Perhaps a similar such system exists here in Japan? Anyone's assistance with this is much appreciated.

O.K. I am a 20 year old who is absolutely sick of the restrictive laws of this Country, (USA), and think that I may steal a Yacht or a Ship, and sale my stoner *** to the Netherlands.

If I was sucessful in this attempt and did reach Dutch waters, what is the possibility that they would take me in as a citizen without naturalisation papers, and if they refused my stay, would I be extrodited back to the United States to face charges.

If so, what would those charges be?

My friend in the Ukraine wants to visit me in Italy for the Xmas Holidays. She can't go to the Italy Consulate in Kiev because it is well known the consulate refuses 96% of all Visa requests. Seeing that Italy is part of the Schengen Visa group of nations, which consulate should she go to for the Visa? I should add that she can enter Italy with a Schengen Visa from another consulate. My problem is WHICH consulate is the most lenient when it comes to issuing these Visas. I had heard it could be Finland or even the Netherlands.

Federal govenment would work distribution of money earned from oil. This would make it serve the interest of each party to keep the oil system working. Federal Joint Force would oversee with the honesty and equal distribution of the oil money. The US and others would run the program with the admin. shared by UN..
The pipe lines would need to be protected which would be an Iraqi function. United State and others would observe Iraq from the air and from bases outside of Iraq.
What do you think of this Idea?

I am now a green card guy in US. I plan to go back my original country (Hong Kong) for more than a year. I visited INS site, they say that you have to get a re-entry permit if you wish to come back more than 1 year but not greater than 2 year. Ok my questions is if I dont plan to get a re-entry permit, whatis the maximum days I need to come back US in order to keep my green card. I heard many people say is 6 month, but I visited INS site and say is 1 year. SO i kinda confused.

The reason i dont want to apply is that I know once 4 year of last 5 year if you not in US, they will issue u re-entry permit for one year only. ANd they ask lot of question of why you not coming back

SO who can help me with this question....

I need someone professional from this field.

Iran and U.S. broke up their relation after revolution of iran 27 years ago.And it made both nationality to think the other one is its enemy. But you don't think it's time for peace? It would be good for both countery and world peace.
