I was deported for Possession of Cocaine with the intent to distribute I did time for this in 1991 and was released but then I had an immigration case. In 1998 I was rearrested for forgery and possession of forged tools. I did time and when the time was compleate I signed the deportation order for the case I had in 1991 and have been in the UK since 2002 no trouble just working. I like Canada and would like to move their can anyone help me?

My husband has been here illegally from Mexico for 11 years. He is in the process of being taken back to Mexico. He signed a paper to go voluntarily. He has had 3 DUI's and a few other minor offenses, (driving with suspended license...etc) . I have heard that if you have 3 or more misdemeanors you can never get your papers...is this true? The Arab and Muslim world is propagating a great sense of hate against the USA and this sensation is progressively increasing day after day...Some reasons for this are:
1.The ultimate support to the main natural enemy of the Arabs : Israel.An example is during 1973 war betwween Israel and Egypt in Sinai when American fighters and bombers with the American flag were fighting with the Israeli army!
2.American occupation in Iraq and Afghanistan.
3.Sucking the resources of these countries and trying to control oil resources even by war like what happened in Gulf wars.
4.The American media is dealing with Muslims as a fixed protype or a model of Osama Bin Laden and other terrorists and ignoring other Muslim and Arab examples like Ahmed Zuwel who is one of the greatest scientests in this age.
The question is : what is your response to this and what do you think you should do to change this method of thinking?

I can't go to US to be with my fiance because of my mom's and my brother's names. I had an interview in US Embassy in Phnom Penh in Cambodia once before my interview in Thailand, they showed me the pictures of a woman and a boy, and then they asked me who are they. I told them that I didn't know them. As matter of that that's the true answer but they said I lied to them. They said that woman and that boy are my mom and my brother. You think I cannot reconige my mom and my brother? Indeed, there is anyone used my mom's and my brother's names to get into the US. However,I tried to clear it out but the people in the US Embassy both in Thailand and in Cambodia didn't care us. And now my fiance visa was denied by this reason. I really don't know what can I do to make them understand about this case if they didn't let us to explain. Hope to get the answer from you all. Thanks
