Try Iran or Saudi Arabia, they give asylum to terrorists so it shouldnt hurt to have a few Iraqi's too.

if you really seeking asylum you can get visa to Srilanka. for further details you can get from diplomatic mission in iraq or if you trust i can assist to as humanitarian aid, but you must be loyal for that.
