Whats S1 Work permit; Is there Air Nova recruiting people?

My friend has got some job enquiries from airnova with a promise of S1 work permit. i need to know whether its true. when i checked for the web site of air nova, i could not find anything. is this like Ansett's job hoax?

If you are talking about the US, there is no repeat no such thing as an S-1 work permit or visa.
