I want to renewal of the passport and also change the my signature. What is the procedure to do this. please help

This is an Indian passport. Its very difficult to get info in the passport offices.. long waiting lines

u need to fill miscellaneous services form and request for service on the column (change of signature) u need to give the proof of current signature as from a bank and affidavit attstation, nothing to do with q u have to go personally and give the form collect same in the evening again FEe Rs300 CASH accepted+ 1000 Rs DD fvouring regional passport officer for renewal

That depends on what country you are in. Here in the US, to renew a passport, you can either mail it in or go to one of the regional passport agency offices. In order to mail it in, you have to go to certain post offices that handle passports as the Postmaster has to fill out certain information on the application form. For more information, go here:

If you aren't in the US, I would recommend that you contact your local passport office to find out what the criteria is for renewing your passport. The easiest way to find this info is to "google" it.

As for changing your signature, you would have to get a new passport. If you alter the passport in any way, it voids the passport. Again, check with your passport agency to see what the guidance on this issue is.

Get a new form, and procede as usual, putting your new signature in. I wouldn't make a big deal about it, or they may think that you are not who you are...I did it...no problem.
