safe is a relative term.. safe from what.. identify the direct threat to you and your family.. then identify the kind of climate you are willing to 'endure'

two places that come to mind immediately to me are Godthab, Greenland.. and Mars.. And Godthab is still influenced by world events, Canada recently sent warships into the area to settle a dispute.. The main concern in greenland these days is climate change and global warming.. so, while it may seem flip to say that, depending on what you identify as a threat should dictate where you take your family to live in peace.. I am doubting you will find any corner of the earth that isn't suffering from some form of strife or injustice..

You could go to Polynesia, but what would you do, how would you make a living?
