You don't. He is MARRIED.
He's not your man... and he doesn't want to be...and why he will not tell you he loves you. That is quite obvious.
You are merely an outlet...a receptical....
Why would you involve yourself with a married man?
Obviously he's the only one availing himself to you...he's an opportunist and you are a lonely woman stealing another woman's husband.
You should feel awkward...you are asking for what is not yours to have...debasing yourself yet again.
Even if he told you what you wanted to hear...it would not be sincere...he would only do that to keep this adulterous relationship going.
You can't see that because you are lonely and can't bear it.
He'll end it when he gets wind of your desperation...and take up with some other lonely chick until she does the same thing.
This is what you get when you get a man who cheats on his wife..."a man who cheats on his wife."
Try putting yourself in her shoes....
Think about it and find some self respect. It is there if you look for it. This man is not the answer you are looking for...just a cheap imitation.

So let me get this straight he is married, made vows with another woman but you have the right to see him! You have to right to interfere with his marriage and express your feelings! I hope he does leave his wife for you that way she can find a real man you can marry the jerk and finally some other woman can tell him she loves him because she also should have the same right! Whats the matter can't get your own man?

You feel awkward because you already know, deep down inside, that Ted is not the right one for you - he has chosen another woman to focus on in his life; you are, at best, a pleasant distraction. If he ever did leave his wife for you, how long do you think it would be before he had another girl wondering about her relationship with him even though he was involved with you?

Your boyfriend is a married man? Stop seeing this guy before you get too addicted in this "already messy" relationship. He's a married man for heaven's sake, I'ts not right to have a relationship with a married man.

I could answer this by listing a lot of what others have already said.Girl you are just going to be one broken hearted girl once he is done with you ...he'll probably ignore you or your calls,he'll do the same to you if you marry him...if he has anything left when he's done with the divorce. And how would you feel if you were in his wife's shoes?

Ok, he is MARRIED. He is a cheater. If he cheats with you, he will cheat on you. You should be tested for STDs too, he may have other women on the side as well.

Dump him, he is scum. Don't be a home-wrecker. Go find someone single, a nice man who will appreciate you and value you ABOVE ALL OTHERS. You will never come first with this one, his wife always will.

I only hope he has no children.

You should feel awkward.
Do not tempt married men!
Leave him alone.
If he is chasing you, avoid him.
You are breaking up a family.
If you truly love him, you should know better than to tempt him into a costly divorce and a wrecked marriage.

He is married.
He does not return your love.
He will never leave his wife for you.
Now that you have told him you love him your time with him is probably going to end quite soon. It is time for him to move on to the next poor fool.
