maiming...a few..innocent bystanders. it is a question of how you educate and not brain wash...your own people to what is right, what is wrong..etc..
it is a complex question....and the answer could fill books and books..thanks for asking..it-- the short answer..the culprits..are the so called |terrorists| identified according to the country of origin they come from, their religion -- and if they are caught live -- ask them the purpose of their acts...you will find as many replies as there are individuals...hope this helps..for a beginning...

Culprits is rather harsh word to use in this context. May be you have to reword your statementto read as " who are responsble for making this workd unsafe and inscured".
Well anyway this is my view. Greed in man is the primary factor that renders his surroundings unsafe and insecured. Further confusing oneself to a printed material as absolute and indisputable and unimprovable truth, especially when it comes from overseas, be it medical, be it political, be it philosophical, be it in any area,. greed to acquire fame and be in the top of the list is the reason.
Let us analyse a simple case of medicos. Everywhere "Multispeciality Hospitals" are coming up like mush rooms. These hospitals, if a patient walks in for a cure for his/her cold, they will direct him first ICU and inject into the patient such drugs that develop in him other symptoms which they will explain as high sugar, cardiac, orthe poroses, etc. you have umpteen medical terms, and treat him for a complaint which is not in him, and relieve him of a sufficient amount of money. This is criminal and people should cry a halt to this. Younger generation should start doing physical exerises everyday and keep themselves fit for any situation and justify the statement "a sound mind in a sound body". Then the medicos will realise that they have to be down to practical level. This is neither a utopin thought nor skeptical attitude towards medicos. Recently I was diagnosed by a leading cardiologist(name not necessary) and they even went to the extent of subjecting me to various checks and test and ....scopies and emerged with an answer that my carotids had got blocked up to 85% on the right and 90% on the left, my heart had four volves completely blocked and bye-pass surgery was a must on a "now or never" priority. fortunately I had sense to know karotids are nerves that carry blood to the brain and since my thinking faculty was fully under my control, I just discarded all the capsules and tablets in to the dustbin and took up to physcal exersises in a small way and today at 70 I am willing to take at least two or three youngsters in a single combat and am sure to emerge successful. It therefre proves that people are gullible to let themselves to be lead astray and find themselves landed with a question like yours.

Daily practice of the vedic system of prayersreminding themselves of the Omnipotent and Omnipresent,take early morning bath and keeping oneself in the out for a couple of hours, to absorb the ozone in the atmosphere, and most importantly stop feeling that oneself is not well and therefore unable to take up any work or strain and he/she needs somebody at hand for everything. Then things will automatically makes one's life happy and enjoyable.
