O.K. I am a 20 year old who is absolutely sick of the restrictive laws of this Country, (USA), and think that I may steal a Yacht or a Ship, and sale my stoner *** to the Netherlands.

If I was sucessful in this attempt and did reach Dutch waters, what is the possibility that they would take me in as a citizen without naturalisation papers, and if they refused my stay, would I be extrodited back to the United States to face charges.

If so, what would those charges be?

You could also try someone of the Nordic countries as well as the Netherlands saying that you have escaped from the war in Iraq. Don't steal a boat, they might send you back for that otherwise good luck!

a few things wrong with ur suggestion here

first of all, it wouldn't be very likely you'd get far with a boat considering you have file travel papers to get on a boat and sail away. This is to prevent crimes in international waters, and for safety reasons, so the US would have to know about you leaving, or whatever country the boat is registered to.

Second, if you reach dutch waters, by some crazy reason, you'd be deported, not extradited. Leaving the US isn't a crime, what charges could you face? You'd just get deported from the Netherlands and then it'd be hard to ever enter, even as a tourist. If you really wanna leave for Holland, go to your closest Dutch Consulate and ask for and inquire about what options you have to immigrate there, it's that easy.

You could also just take a plane there and enter under the visa waiver program, then marry a Dutch girl (or boy, if you're a woman or gay) and have her sponsor you, but that'd probably be illegal and i shouldn't even be suggesting it.

properly, i am going to inform you for a undeniable reality that they would not take you in as a citizen. The Netherlands calls for you to adhere to for an part of abode allow interior 3 days of arrival. then you might want to need to locate an company keen to provide you a artwork allow. Then, after residing interior the Netherlands for 5 years, you may want to finally be eligible to adhere to for naturalization. it truly is, for sure, except you could marry a Dutchie first. As for extradition, i'm not particular. they could deliver you to France in spite of the reality that!
