Giuliani's has strong ties to two foreign investment consortia working to own or lease U.S. toll roads, including the Trans-Texas Corridor 35, which is identified as part of the I-35 "NAFTA Superhighway."

Bracewell & Giuliani is identified by the Texas Department of Transportation as the sole law firm representing Cintra Concesiones de Infraestructuras de Transporte as it plans to work on the 4 football field wide highway connecting Canada, USA, and Mexico.

Why do you support Giulianis work toward a government system which supercedes the US Constitution?

Why do people feel the need to do this? It's one thing if you disagree with a candidate on the issues.. but why go to the extent of posting blatant lies about that individual? I've seen several questions discrediting a particular candidate.. all the claims that have been made against him/her are completely inaccurate..

When you vote for a candidate for President of the United States of America, does how much money the candidate has as an individual have an influence on if you vote for them? Why or why not?

To illustrate this point, lets say there are two candidates running for President for your party. Candidate A is a multi-millionare while Candidate B is a Middle Class citizen. Would you most likely choose Candidate A over Candidate B or choose Candidate B over Candidatte A?

Do you think it's possible he could run next year (assuming he doesn't actually win the GOP nomination) as an independant or as the Libertarian party candidate again? Or has he decided the best way to promote his agenda is from within a big-tent GOP?

Several reputable sources said the reason was that Colbert would take away votes from Obama because Colbert's supporters are the same basic group as Obama's supporters. So what does this say about Obama, his supporters and the likelihood that he will even come close to being nominated?

I heard part of his speech and it was the most moving thing I have heard in quite a long time. It actually gave me goosebumps and brought a tear to my eye.

It really is a shame we can't get anyone like that to run for office HERE! Everyone is so focused on the politics that they screw the country over.

Why can't we get someone like this HERE! Why do some of OUR citizens hate our country so much that they spit all it daily?

In Michigan I heard a lot of Dems complaing that if people had to show id's that this was just the republicans trying to supress the voters who are pro Democrat. Are the Democrats saying that their voters don't know how to get a photo id? In the last Michigan election over 60 dead people voted, I would think this would be a good enough reason for everyone to want to stop voter fraud.

All I've been hearing about lately is Republicans like Romney trying to justify infringing on civil liberties and human rights by saying that "the most important human right is the right to life." Don't idiots like this realize that THOUSANDS of Americans gave their lives defending our liberties and freedoms? Our founding fathers who fought in the Revolutionary War were labelled traitors by the British and risked being hanged, drawn and quartered if they were captured. But they fought anyway because liberty and freedom meant more to them than their lives. Around 250,000 American troops died in WWII protecting our freedom and the American way of life. And here we have these Republican cowards willing to throw it all away and trample on the Constitution so many died for just to protect their wretched necks. If you want to protect our country, fine, more power to you, but there is a line we must NEVER cross.

but did not have enough details to prevent even though they had one of the perpetrators, can the families of the victims sue the government for limiting the means by which the proper authorities could gather the needed information that would have stopped the attack? In other words do the authorities in charge not have the obligation to protect their citizens regardless of the cost to those planning the attack?
