How do you help save the world from all the impending disaster and doom we hear of, from our own destructive selves? On individual and communal levels. Almost every society and civilization has collapsed soon after its peak. What will save us? And don't anyone say God or some kind of divine being will save us or just have faith because God only helps those who help themselves anyway right?

I beleive that fundamental laws should be followed, such as laws that protect life and promote order and peace. However I refuse to follow laws that I, as a human being see as wrong and oppressive. Laws such as the apartheid in South Africa, segregation, etc. These kind of laws are made by people who are driven by hate or prejudice and in no way help the betterment of society. So if I feel that a law is actually doing more harm than good, than, as a human being, I feel that it is my duty to try to change it, and if I cant, then I must violate it.

This is my oppinion, but I want to know what everyione else thinks.

Are Y'all A Democrat, Republicane, or Southern Boy ?

Here is a little test that will help you decide. The answer can be found by posing the following questions:

You're walking down a deserted street with your wife and two small children. Suddenly, Islamic Terrorists with a huge knives comes around the corner, lock eyes with you, screams obscenities, praise Allah, raise their knives and charge at you. You are carrying a .9 MM semi- automatic, and you are an expert shot.

You have mere seconds before they reach you and your family. What do you do ????

DEMOCRAT'S ANSWER:

Well, that's not enough information to answer the question!
Do the men look poor! Or oppressed?
Have I ever done anything to them that would inspire them to attack?
Could we run away?
What does my wife think?
What about the kids?
Swing the gun like a club and knock the knife out of their hands ?
What does the law say about this situation?
Does the .9 MM have appropriate safety and trigger locks built into it?
Why am I carrying a loaded gun anyway, and what kind of message does this send to society and to my children?
Is it possible they'd be happy with just killing me, and letting my family go?
Do they definitely want to kill me, or would they be content just to wound me?
If I were to grab their knees and hold on, could my family get away while they were stabbing me?
Should I call 9-1-1?
Why is this street so deserted?
We need to raise taxes, have a paint and weed day and make this a happier, healthier street that would discourage such behavior. This is all so confusing! I need to debate this with some friends for few days and try to come to a consensus.

REPUBLICAN'S ANSWER:

BANG!

SOUTHERNER'S ANSWER:

BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG, (sounds of reloading). BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!

Daughter: "Nice shot, Daddy ! Were those the semi-wadcutters or hollow points?"

Son: "Git-er-Dun Pop !! Can I shoot the next one ?? "

Wife: "Y'all ain't gonna be takin that to the Taxidermist, are y'all ? "

How many believe now that "Farinheight 911" is a documantry. among other "problems" Moore is having befall him is this
A double-amputee Iraq-war vet is suing Michael Moore for $85 million, claiming the portly peacenik recycled an old interview and used it out of context to make him appear anti-war in “Fahrenheit 9/11.”
Sgt. Peter Damon, 33, who strongly supports America’s invasion of Iraq, said he never agreed to be in the 2004 movie, which trashes President Bush.
In the 2003 interview, which he did at Walter Reed Army Hospital for NBC News, he discussed only a new painkiller the military was using on wounded vets.
“They took the clip because it was a gut-wrenching scene,” Damon said yesterday. “They sandwiched it in. [Moore] was using me as ammunition.”
Damon seems to “voice complaint about the war effort” in the movie, according to the lawsuit.
But what the father of two from Middleborough, Mass., was really talking about was the “excruciating” pain he felt

A lot of people vote one way or another for many different reasons. Programs like get out the vote, sponsored by MTV, rally a lot of young people to the voting booth, who may or may not undertsand the issues. Should society encourage folks to vote regardless of their knowledge of the issues? If so, what party benefits?

I understand the concept behind the call for reparations. I also know, that there has never been as many black millionairs in the history of time as there are now! I think, and this is my opinion, that reparations if any, should be focused on the health and education of our black children and not on the pacification of the black race. Reparations, I feel, would continue to hinder the possibility of black unification; allowing for further ignorance of the true history of the black race to be spread throughout the world. I'm just saying, with all of these black millionaires(who, by the way, consume the dollar of the poor black as well as poor white) why don't they unify and present a common solution to the black plight instead of waiting on the government? Or, am I the only one who see's this?
