I saw a truck today that looked packed and ready to blow something up....should I call the authorities?

I was driving by a truck today, I had to stop and take a picture....maybe living through 9/11 did it to me but it felt wrong...
should I contact the authorities? and how? without sounding like a freak?

Call it into the State Police...but so far no boom booms, so you way have been wrong. But still, note the licesnce and description next time, because it could be what yo thought. Police get calls like that all the time, and you'd be surprised how many were right about "a feeling."

You took a picture, email it too your state police and they will be able to see if its worth looking into - in the email tell them where you say it and what made you suspicious about it.
