Iran is undeniably a strategic ally of al-Qaida. Even if it weren't, it shares Osama bin Laden's objectives of destroying both Israel and the United States by any means necessary.

Ahmadinejad is the personification of this anti-American and anti-Semitic policy of hatred and violence.

The Iranian president will not be coming alone. He will be accompanied by Iranian intelligence agents whose goal will be to seek out American security vulnerabilities.

They will be flying over New York, the site of an air attack just six years ago, looking out the windows and taking notes.

They will be traveling, presumably without blindfolds, through New York City and surrounding areas, observing bridges and tunnels and other strategic terrorist targets.

Iran commands a terrorist organization bigger in manpower and resources than al-Qaida. It is called Hezbollah. It has attacked targets all over the world.

thats not there job a government is ment to do what a person or state can not complete by thereself

providing for a person is not there job, if it was there job you would see almost every country doing so and that doesnt happen.

like pregnant woman that get on wic , medicare, etc when a child is born, they knew they were pregnant so they should have planned period, they need to take care the needs of there children thereselves and not depend on the government, what would they have done if they were born before these programs existed. they got thereselves pregnant why should the government pay out because of that.

i think no one but disabled people should have the government provide for them with everybody else there is always an excuse, you can' afford something, lazy, etc. get your butt up and get a job or get a better one its not the government job you messed up your life and they therefor should not take the burrden

DENVER (KWGN) — U.S. District in Denver heard arguments from a federal government attorney today, who asked the court to throw out a State of Colorado lawsuit against the federal government. The State of Colorado is suing the federal government for not meeting its constitution obligation to protect states from invasion. The lawsuit was approved by Colorado voters who passed Referendum K last November. Referendum K gave the state permission to sue the federal government to enforce immigration law. It passed with 56% voter approval. Six other states have tried similar lawsuits and six times the lawsuit was thrown out of federal court. But Colorado's District Attorney's office said it is taking a different tack.http://cw2.trb.com/news/kwgn-state-sues-feds,0,6071773.story?coll=kwgn-home-2

In 1995, the Texas Governor's [yes, as in George W. Bush] press secretary, Karen Hughes, issued a statement regarding Bush's support of a legal appeal by Texas Attorney General Dan Morales [Texas v. United States, B-94-228 (S.D. Texas 1995) 95-40721 (5th Cir.) (pdf file)], to recover $1.34 billion spent by his state on the incarceration and education of illegal immigrants. Karen Hughes wasn't speaking without authority. In 1995, when Gov. Bush was suing the United States' Government for $5 billion, he said:"If the federal government cannot do its job of enforcing the borders, then it owes the states monies to pay for its failure."

That's right, when George W. Bush was Governor of the State of Texas, he sued the federal government for reimbursement of the costs of incarcerating illegal aliens, yet there are millions more illegal aliens in the United States now than when Bill Clinton was president. And when campaigning for president in 1999, George W. Bush issued this statement:
[Federal expenditures would be more effective] "...at the front end, to stop people from illegally entering our country, not at the back end, by reimbursing states after it has failed to enforce the border." [I] "would allocate additional resources to enforcing the border, so states such as Texas and California would not have the huge expenses they currently do." (San Francisco Chronicle, Sept. 9, 1999)

Now, lets put the theories aside for a moment and take the situation as it presented itself.

You are the president. You are sitting in a classroom reading My Pet Goat to a classroom of students. The secret service guy whispers something in your ear to the effect of "The nation is under attack" What do you do?

I thought they had to pay for your lunch if they make you work at a different work location than normal. Anyone out there know the Labor law for this? I couldnt find anything.

But i was wondering genrally what are the rules on the age you have to be to become a foster parent/adoptive parent and also if there is an income requirement for either.

Although Nixon stained his reputation due to the Watergate Scandal, he had made some good acheivements such as ending the Vietnam War and opening 'Red China'. If there were no Watergate Scandal at all, do you think Nixon would have gained much respect from Americans?

1. Has she seemed the most "conservative", or centrist, of the Dem candidates? Iraq primarily.
2. Would you expect her administration to be like that of her husband's? If so, in what ways?
3. Can you name a bill she has written, or sponsored, that is of any significance?
4. Is Obama the "logical" choice of a running mate? I know it is way too early, if not Obama, any other choices? Al Gore maybe?
5. Are the 4 previous questions FAIR to the junior Senator from New York?

That Semi-literate Gordon Brown and his Co-Cretins in the Cabinet have got the idea of having a "Motto" plastered all over buildings in the UK : proclaiming our "Britishness"
This is a blatant attempt to "Water-down" English-ness!
Jocks will still call themselves SCOTS!
Taffies will still call themselves WELSH!
Irish will still call themselves IRISH!
BUT we in England will be "lumped-together"
with every Black and Illegal Immigrant west of the Ural Mountains.
The English will be the only ones FORCED to call themselves British: this will DILUTE and DESTROY any sense of being ENGLISH.

The "Motto" will be chosen by"A Citizens' Summit!" WTF!
It will be chosen,of course, to sound like a "rap song".In the same way that "Respect" was chosen to pander to Blacks. (You don't hear little old English ladies saying:
"Hey,like Man! Don't "Diss" me like Man!"

I had gotten a ticken when i was 15. Actually there were 2. one was disorderly conduct and one was out past cerfew. I went to court and they assigned me 60 community service hours. I was told to get them done in two monthes and come back. I did not go back because i was a minor and my mom would not take me and a minor can not go to court alone. I am 18 now I got a lawyer and he took the bench warrants away and I was told to get the community service hours done. Well there were a few situations that make it impossible to get them done. My court date is in 2 weeks and I do not have the hours done. Will I go to jail? I work 55 hours a week and my manager said she would write a statment saying so. I am also in college. I just want to know if there is any way the judge will put me to jail. I faced the music right when i turned 18 payed a lawyer 1500 dollars and am in the process of getting it all taken care of. what will happen?
