I believe this to be the case in our family. (I asked the question earlier about trusts and wills.) I understand that a guardian and/or parent of a minor child can sue the trustee for breach of fiduciary duty but is that something that I can start or do myself? If so, then how do I start the process? I am located in the state of Washington, do you have any tips or hints for me? Know of any lawyers besides myself just looking for one in phone book and hoping that they are not affiliated with the family. Wouldn't that be a conflict?

In India have an especial system call caste system that differentiate people in big four part.
Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya and Sudra.
Brahmin means human’s month.
Kshatriya means human’s arms.
Vaishya means human’s legs.
And Sudra means human’s feet.

Unbelievable things that the Brahmin could legal kill Sudra, just compensate a goat or other kind of livestock.

What is reason in India have no human right like that?

I don't know if America is ready for "a woman" president. I mean, which woman are we talking about here? Don't be so coy, let's narrow it down a little. I mean there's so many women running for president right now, it could be almost anybody. And while we are on the subject, are we ready for "a black" president? Because if we aren't, then someone has to get on the phone and dial up all the black candidates, one at a time, until each and every one of them has been notified that America is racist. That could take hours, given the staggering numbers of black people running for president. You also have to wonder if America is ready for a Mormon president. I didn't know the Mormons were running for president. That's a lot of people. I wonder if America is "ready" for a vague person of any given gender or ethnicity to be president. New slogan: Person for president in some year.

I'd prefer a specific candidate, but why not make it about voting for a gender or race instead?

i was involved in an accident where a 17 year old kid was found at fault (failure to yield to oncoming traffic)for the cause of the accident.I didn't have insurance(admittingly)and was fined,at the scene his parents and he gave the cop false proof of insurance and info.(I called the insurance company and they sent me the proof that they lied and are not covered)so i took a copy of that down to the cop shop and got in touch with the cop that handled the accident report etc..,he said he has too much backlog of paper work to get caught up on and he won't be persuing any charges on any of them.!The county attorney said that it is up to the officer to file a report\complaint for any actions to be taken! How can I be fined and not the other?

'It's raining AGAIN!? Damn this liberal weather!' That's basically how alot of people have come to use the term, just a general description for something they don't like. The actual person's politics have become irrelevant. People have become so used to slapping that label on anything that diverges from some theoretical conservative 'True American ' path, or if they suspect you're not 'PC' (Patriotically Correct) enough that I've seen it hurled at true-blue, staunch republicans and old-line conservatives who dare question the actions and motives of the current administration. Usually accompanied by the latest conservative think-tank talking points mouthed like original thoughts. It's nothing but intellectual laziness! If you don't know what you're talking about the be silent and maybe learn something! Ideology is no substitute for knowledge or reasoning ability.

In their efforts to control the world economy by creating phony wars and bring about the NWO...they have basically created one big toilet bowl.

Now think about where we would be if they shared their technology and instead of creating wars for the last 700 years they used these efforts for space exploration and the betterment of Mankind and the Human race.

Are this people self consumed in their own delusions to rule the world or what?

there's a judge here who is in the practice of doing as he pleases and makes him happy rather than by the law.You would swear he makes laws and rules as he goes along. He put someone I am close to in jail for probation violation even with the probation officer standing in front of him with the paperwork in hand telling him that the person isn't on probation, and this person's lawyer was there too.He (the judge)statedthat he didn't care and didn't want to hear anymore from either one of them and the person is to remain in jail!!The lawyer had to find another judge to get the person out of jail(which was an illegal incarceration). There's alot more this judge has done, but there's not enough allotment on here to tell it all.
