The present Deputy Secretary General is Uli Neumann. The second session of Münster University’s International Model United Nations will be held from Tuesday, April 1st to Saturday, April 5th 2008.
Mr. Uli Neumann has undertaken the commitment and strive to deliver the fun and great experience delegates this year.

I've had students who were enthusiastic about their MUN club, so much that they infected the rest of us!
They benefited greatly from preparing for a mock trial while they were learning about their own country first, then about a wider perspective and international community. They got to know things they would never care to learn on their own. They were familiar with the official policy of our country as well as of opposition views.
They were constantly reminded it was not their opinion they were presenting but the country they were representing.
The art of compromise was very high on their list!
I think that in the long run, although this is a mock representation, it would help them in real lives and they will be able to draw on their experiences many times in the future. I certainly enjoyed listening to them and visualizing them as real Dep. Secretaries and other positions they held.

I feel quite good about it, because it's a real snout in the trough job without too much effort.
