Army SF and Delta Force. They all speak multiple languages, are highly trained in all aspects of warfare, both conventional and unconventional and train harder than anyone else. SEALs are overrated and seldom perform well in military competitions such as the White Sands Sniper Showdown, Best Ranger Competition etc... that and the got tore up in Panama.
Here is my opinion:
1. Delta Force (no brainer)
2. Army SF
3. SEALs
4. Marine Recon
5. USAF PJs
6. Army Rangers

Their are 7 Special Forces Groups in the military, 5 are in Army, 2 are in Army National Guard. In order to get into any of the groups you must go through the same exact selection process and training, how rough life can be within in each group his highly individualized. If what you really wanted to know is which Special Operations Force is the hardest, then I suggest you mature a little, all of the men in SOF's are the Hardest of the hard, and cut from the same cloth. Each man is an individual, that may have taken a hard or harder path depending on the choices they made along the way, no amount of propaganda surrounding any of the forces will change this

All the Special Forces Groups are the same. The only difference is that they are in charge of different regions, Europe, Middle East, etc... I think that's what you are asking

Now it sounds like you want peoples opinion without any true evidence to back it up. People could argue it forever but the two groups with some of the most impressive backgrounds is trhe SAS and the Navy SEALS.

It depends on what you consider to be the best. Are you looking for eaisier, more badass, or what? Because if you are thinking of joining, I would recommend the Air Force cause it is the least dangerous.

I look at it this way the Army guys have much longer deployments than the other branches, so they must be the best, guess the other guys can't handle 15 month long deployments

the air force is the best because you get alot of benefits, and you don't have to be out at sea for 6 months at a time, peolple in the air force treat you with morerespect than [people in other forces

Most SF soldiers have wanted it since they were very young. If you truly wanted you would know. The Army SF units do offer incentive pays now. I am not sure about the other branch's.
