If a person verbally abuses someone with different beliefs than theirs and the person recieving the verbal abuse physically lashes out, is the person who lashes out committing a physical crime or is it also a hate crime?

Should children of Jehovah's Witness parents be given blood transfusions if needed?

If a child needed a blood transfusion and, it was against the parents religious beliefs, should they still be given one? I would say yes...No one has the right to enforce their own religious beliefs upon another, not even their own child.

Why is it that most Latin Americans, that are come both illegally and legal are monolingual, and most only?

have a fifth grade education, then insults us because most American are not bilingual, even they are only monolingual for the most part. Is this more about making this country accept Spanish instead of English for those Latin Americans.

Military Overpay.?

The military overpaid me several years ago. Lawyer told me that I was eligible for all pay and benefits until I had a DD214. I still don't have a DD214 my exit date is listed differently in different places. I say that I am not responsible for them paying me. They now want to charge me interest. I was able to get an upgrade in my discharge. I had heard that I wouldn't be responsible because of my rank I was E-1 when they overpaid me. How can I fight this? How do I get a military lawyer?

Whether we agree with each other or not here in the US, why are there Americans allowing outsiders 2 judge us?

I know in this country there is alot of political turmoil. Aside from that, no partisanship, how can we have constructive debate between parties and remain a United people when we allow others with hidden agendas the joy of degrading our country?

Help, the Helicopters Are Closing in, I Need To Get Away!?

Help... I am currently on top of the the Empire State Building. I ended up here in an attempt to kill Britteney Spears...long story. Anyway, four helicopters are circling the building, one is crashed upon its roof, and there are several tanks and jeeps bunched up in the street below. I am under cover in the crashed chopper, but several snipers and bazooka carriers are locked in on my position, as well as people operating the jeeps' turrents and tank guns. I have a parachute on my back and a rocket launcher with a single shot left. I have to escape if I am ever to have a hope of finishing Britteney off. What should I do? Any battle plans to get away? Help!
