If you look, you see that for the most part, girls think they can drink and not be responsable for themselves but a guy drinks and he is. My QUESTION: Should BOTH parties be penalized in these cases of Voluntary drunkeness actions?
Or should we have a drink limit set for us by law to bar such actions (at least in public places), or should we revert to Proabition again (boy would that be a step backwards).

solutions?

It will depress the value of houses that people have worked and paid for all of their lives-and...........................
If, inevitably, most of them are built on the cheapest available land(i.e. Flood plains)-then surely they will have to be built on stilts or the insurance premiums will make it a futile exercise-designed to catch votes for one eyed Jack at the next election-cos like his mate Blair he aint got any other ideas!!

I keep hearing from some on the left that Fox is biased and O'Reilly is this and Hannity is that. If it is such "garbage" how do they know so much about what goes on their programs? I wonder if they even believe some of the weather reports or not? I wonder if most of them realize that "Hannity and Colmes" gives the right and left turns at asking questions and replying to answers? I wonder why they don't say anything about Greta Van Susteren, Brit Hume or Shepard Smith, aren't they part of Fox News?

I know that 4 Presidents were assassinated and that there were 18 official assassination attempts on the 42 but the list does not include Washington and Grant amongst many others who were military and must have been shot at at some point in their life

Hillary Clinton has called for control of the Internet. Early on, she told the press the Internet needs "editing" and "gate keeping." More recently, she co-sponsored the so-called "net neutrality" bill which, if passed would give the federal government control over the Internet.

We could have a 50% porn tax and a 50% booze tax ,50% smoking tax , we could tax products and services like massage parlor's ,escort services and vibrating dildo's .
There is no limit to the things we could tax but the one thing we should not is income .

In my opinion, Income tax in and of itself is counterproductive to our economy....regardless of who pays what percentage.

We should move to a federal sales tax system, and there are numerous reasons to do so.

LOGIC: If you take my money before I get paid....you can only take it once.....So the fed takes it, and spends/wastes it.....it's gone forever.

....But if we were on a federal sales tax system...I get paid, I go buy a product or service, it gets taxed and I created jobs....the waitress I just tipped buys something, it gets taxed, she created a job....so on and so forth, eventually every dollar gets taxed back into the system but at the same time you created jobs and revenue for the government to operate.

Income tax, takes money directly from consumers and much of each dollars' economic potential is wasted, because the consumer doesn't get a chance to put those dollars back into the economy.

Last november my man gave me 1800.00 for a car. He gave me the money and I purchased a used car. The dealer, who is a friend of his put the purchase price of 500.00 in order not to pay so much in taxes. The receipt says CASH RECEIVED with my name and the dealers signature. I have the title in my name. registration, as well as insurance.
Anyway I had been trying to break up with this guy for a while and to get him off my back I wrote him a check in the amount of 100.00 with the memo saying 1st car payment. This would be an indication that I was trying to pay him back.
I know he has a lawyer but will all of my paperwork be sufficient to win in court?
I don't think the dealership would disclose the real price of the car if they did what consequenses would that have on their business?
Thanks
