I hate high gas prices, but why don't people get mad at 32.00 a gallon coffee as well?

If this is possible/legal, would the court system in a particular state bother to do this to locate someone for failure to appear in a minor civil case?

I'm just absolutely enraged how much healthcare is in the US. My mother can't get essential surgery she needs because it isn't deemed necessary by her insurer. My father can't get the necessary tests he needs because his insurance won't pay for it. My mom had to fight for years in court to get medicine for my brother who's autistic. Insurance would not cover anything for him, they labeled everything as experimental and said that nothing was necessary. My insurer refuses to cover my medications unless if i complain and file paper after paper of claims. Why can't we get help in the richest country in the world? Why doesn't the US rank as #1 healthcare in the world? What can we as citizens do to change this? As i see my mom getting crippled by the pain in her knees because the insurance wont pay for a replacement it saddens me so much that there's nothing i can do to help.

For example: DEA, ICE, ATF, FBI, Treasury, CIA, etc. I would like to make at least 60K a year. I hear they have good pay increases per year, but it also is 50 or more hours per week.

Think if it as you were writing to the president suggesting ways or policies to encourage acceptance and or tolerance for interracial marriage. Whether it be institutions that work through the media and or community programs that encourage tolerance and the breaking down of racial barriers etc... Or you may suggest things the general public could do to try to promote the breaking down of barriers. Thank you

Glasgow is in Scotland which is a country battling for independance from England. And from now on im going to be as nasty as i possibly can to ANY muslim i meet and if this question means im removed from answers then so be it. My young son returned from a holiday in a muslim country this morning into glasgow airport, they were happy to take his money in that country and he was expected to treat those people with respect. but i have told him to have as much respect for them now as they have for him and to spit on them as this is all they are worth

the police raided my home, tore the place apart, strip-searched me, took pictures of my children and insisted i tell them where my drugs were hidden. problem is, i dont deal drugs! they handcuffed me, treated me like a criminal, embarrassed me in front of my entire neighborhood. the most traumatic thing is they did a cavity search on me.
i have never been in trouble with the law before. now im paranoid thinking every one is watching me even though i am not a criminal.
would i have a case against them in a civil lawsuit? i was served with a search warant, but they were totally wrong about me.

My friend was in the Army, but she got deployed and her parents told me about 7 months ago that she was shot in Iraq. However, I have looked on google and looked at the US Army casualty lists, and I could not find her name anywhere, on any list (and I looked on multiple lists). I think her parents are lying to me, but I'm not so sure. Is there any other place I can potentially look to see if she died or not?

Its obvious the President of the Senate is running Bush. I wonder if he will ever regret having Cheney as the VP?
Probably not; I don't think he is intelligent enough to realize this.

I asked a question about what was happening in London and Scotland and our government not raising our security level. Bush says it can't happen in us anymore. Has the door now been opened for it to happen? Most americans ashamed now to be citizens because of the government. There would be no where that we could go to as we are bunched up to being us like the government which we are not. We agree Bush should be impeached with his vp and his whole cabinet including the judges in the supreme court. The common everyday person hates what's going on in this country and the ones who could stop it, aren't. We want peace and happiness and jobs and healtcare for everyone. Just want an honest answer if Bush not raising the alert level has he now opened the gates of Hell to come pouring in over here again?

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

My understanding is that there are two interpretations: One is an "individual right" and the other is a "collective right."

If the right is individual, why does the article mention militias at all? If the right is collective, why doesn't it just read, "The right of a well-regulated militia to own and bear arms..."

Was Madison (I understand he wrote it?) intentionally being vague?
