My friend was in the Army, but she got deployed and her parents told me about 7 months ago that she was shot in Iraq. However, I have looked on google and looked at the US Army casualty lists, and I could not find her name anywhere, on any list (and I looked on multiple lists). I think her parents are lying to me, but I'm not so sure. Is there any other place I can potentially look to see if she died or not?

My condolence, I´m very sorry you lost a friend in that circunstances.
It would be very unfortunate and disagreeable if her parents didn´t say the truth, that are things you should not joke about, never forget that there´s a higher force in our lifes which can take us by our words!
Try to take contact with the Army where she was before, I¨m sure they can help you.
All the way my compassion to all who have to put their own well-beeing in danger and risk to help others, and it would be great if we all could obtain that this is each time less neccessary.
Maybe you let us know the results.

Why won't her parents tell you where she is or how she's doing? Something odd there I'd say. If she got shot and didn't die, she should either be at home or in an Army hospital somewhere.

Uhmmm... if she's not on a KIA list, she could very well have been injured but not died.

Why would her parents lie to you? If you were one of her close friends, you'd be in touch with her directly or via her parents... and you'd know what's going on. If you're not a close enough friend to be in that inner circle, then you're just curious... and that's insensitive and rude.

She may have been shot and not killed or it did not happen in Iraq.

She got shot--doesn't mean she is dead!
