Hi guys, I was with my son mother for 4 years and our relationship was horrible despite me still staying in it. I recently broke off the relationship for many reason. I met someone I am very much in love with. Now my ex(sons mother) is very unhappy because she realize that she lost something very good. So to get back at me she went ahead and filed for child support. Now I have a court date and I would like to know if this will prove that I take care of my son. I make under 30K and I pay rent and other utilites to survive. I've never been through this but I heard it can be very unfair. But am I on the right track?

1. I kept all my reciepts of clothes, food(milk, baby food etc), basically everything I ever brought my son before he was born til now and this is wkly.
2. He's always been on my health insurance.
3. He is the benificery of my Life Insurance, Disability, 401K, and some other things.
4. I took out a college plan(529 College Fund) since he was born.

Will I be ok

In my opinion Sadam is less dangerous to the US than Binladdin is.Catching him was a waste of time it gave al kida more time to think of a way to do more terrorit acts but Sadam is an easy target Binladin is the big fish they only got the small fish.What did Sadam have to do with 9/11.It makes no sense any way

im from australia,where guns are illegal for the most part. this makes logical sense, we cant walk down to the local kmart and buy a rifle. there is no good reason to have guns, home protection? if the villian doesnt have a gun why do you? that gun can be used for home protection then that same gun can be used in an armed robbery. you right to own a gun? thats just idiotic. too shoot innocent animals? entertainment? you find shooting animals entertainment? the law enforcement are the only people who should have guns, too quickly apprehend suspects.

You gonna say "where are the passenger then" what if the plain was hijacked and thrown in someplace else, like the ocean or something like that?

chicago is a city that allows no guns beyond law enforcement,and they have countless gun related crimes.
yet ,in new hampshire there are no state gun laws and they have almost a non existant amount of gun related crimes.most criminals would not risk attacking someone if they were armed.gun control is hitting at what you are aiming at.
gun control has lost it's meaning.

More than anything, the terrorists are engaging in a psychological war. What sense does it make to engage them in a conventional war when they choose the time and place of their attack and then disappear? This is the definition of guerilla warfare and psychological warfare. Each time a soldier of ours gets killed or maimed, the enemy is inflicting damage (especially psychological damage) to us without receiving any. Even if it ends in a stalemate, we still lose because the enemy is so much smaller than us. It's a much bigger victory for them. This war needed to be fought in the shadows using the CIA and covert techniques - not with troops on the ground. Every day, we are paying a huge price in morale, money, world opinion, military resources, and human lives. I fear we are creating more terrorists with our policy of preemptive strike and invasion. We have a lot more to lose because our enemies will prove that the 'Great Satan' can be handed a defeat.

Do you think it's intelligent to be apathetic about what's going on in the U.S.A. right in front of your faces?? To most of you we're on the same page, to some who disagree you don't get it! My grandparents came here from Italy. Immediately learned

with law enforcement--specifically DEA, etc. --- Do they need different types of training as they advance? Like lets say a person gets the job position, can they advance within one month after being hire? can they advance one year after they were hired? what jobs can they advance too ?
