According to recent polls anyway. How do you feel about this?

Here's the website of all the recent polls: http://www.pollingreport.com/wh08gen.htm.

Of course, it's early and the numbers don't mean she's going to win, but she has to be encouraged by them. Btw, the polls were accurate about Gore -- he beat Bush by half a million votes in the popular vote.

For some reason the above link doesn't work, so try: www.pollingreport.com. God, some of you people are so blinded by your irrational hatred of her that you can't even acknowledge that she has a decent shot.

Hey Booman: I guess you're forgetting that she's been a senator for the second most populous state in the country for the past eight years. She's been on several key comittees and is widely praised for working with both sides of the aisle. So your coach's wife analogy holds no water. And from one of those so called stupid people who might vote for her, who are you going to vote for? Guiliani? The months before 9/11 that guy couldn't have been elected dog catcher and was widely critisized as being an incredibly devisive mayor. I'll say one thing though: I would vote for two Republicans over Hillary: Michael Bloomberg (who'll run as an independent if he runs at all), and Arnold Schwarzenegger (who can't run because of an archaic rule in our Constitution). Anyway, it may be that there's so much hatred against Hillary, she may not be the best pick as the democratic candidate.

I feel horrible about it.

Lets face it, she is promising to violate the Bill of Rights.

If thats the promise she is making while campaigning, imagine what she will do to the constitution and the American way of life once actually elected.

For those of you who said we didn't have war while Clinton was in office, that's incorrect. Bosnia, Serbia, and Mogadishu were all during the Clinton administration. Let's also not forget that Hillary is not Bill, and she has different agendas.

Do I think she'll be president? No, I do not. There is a lot of time before the election, and let's not forget that Howard Dean was the Slam Dunk democratic candidate before his campaign's complete meltdown. A lot can happen, and I am going to go out on a limb here and say that Barack Obama will get the democratic nod.

Yuck. Yeah right. I think anyone who voted in favor of the war in the beginning and then against it once it was no longer the popular opinion has no business anywhere near the White House! As much as I am for the war and against Obama, I respect him because he has not changed his mind about this war. He voted against it since day one. Do you really want someone in office that can't make up their minds?

Listen you Lib, just because one poll has her ahead doesn't mean she already has won. These poll numbers are fabricated by the media, the libs love numbers. How about the low polls #'s for Congress, the liberal media won't touch those numbers. The American media had that socialist piece of garbage ahead in France and look what happened to her. Same story and history will take place in '08. LIBS SUCK!

I can't take anyone seriously who annoints a candidate before they've won one vote much less one primary.

Thanks for pointing out the Gore #'s. Shows that even if she's leading the popular vote it doesn't mean she'll be President.

What polls? Among what group of people? They say that she is leading in the money amount contributed to the campaign, but that it is a close race still for who the democratic candidate will end up being . TOO early to tell yet in this I feel.

What polls? In polls I've heard about, she consistantly falls behind, in a one to one race, the top three republicans, one of then being Thompson, and he's not even running, yet! She'w even having troubles with Osama.

I'm not voting for Hilary. And she better not win!!!

And in response to one of the comments "never war when Clinton was in office" that was because he didn't have the balls to do anything to upset the country. He never did anything but sit back and relax and just wait to finish his term. He never actually did anything for this country. And I know I sure as hell don't want no freakin' woman, much less Hillary Clinton who's not a woman!!! in office when there's war. I don't trust woman with decisions like that. All she's going to do is have sex in the Oval office with someone to get back at Bill.

Right now she is leading the Dems. It is still early. She has very little upside & is vulnerable on a lot of issues.

LOL! yeah, she is so qualified. Let's see .......what was it she did to qualify her for the job? I mean her executive experience? Oh, thats right, she was married to the President! Wow, that means if a pro football coach gets fired, you should.............Hire his wife! She was married to him, surely she can do the job, who cares that she has no experience! Good idea! Anybody stupid enough to vote for the Hildebeast deserves what they will get.
