And how often should this be done with our tax dollars?

Soon Mexico will empty out upwards and tell me, when will conservatives finally legalize them all so as to dip in their paychecks for future Blsht wars?

With the war quickly running out of money (45 - 60 days according to the media), can Bush really afford to veto the war budget likely to be passed to him by Congress w/o seriously hampering the 'surge' he has implemented? Time isn't a luxury, is it?

**side note** Could he be accused, politically, of 'not supporting the troops' if he does?

Several of you have commented that Bush is warprofiting from Iraq, that may be so, be he is not alone. Ready, Diane Feinstein was head of the Congressional Subcommittee that oversaw military construction contracts. One of the people that was awarded over $1 BILLION was, are you sure you can handle the truth, her husband. Look into it if you doubt me.

November 2007: The Americans did a sweep of the congress and senate. We made it clear to Bush and his administration that the American people do not support his ill planned and ill conceived war. Congress is doing it's job and representing the majority of the people and making efforts to stop the war. It's a clear message to Bush that we are not just giving him a blank check anymore.

What's wrong with these people who support the war? When will they wake up?

And how do they come up with the notion that by pulling out troops, we're putting them in harms way?

I always thought by keeping them in Iraq without the proper body armor, faulty humvees, and keeping our men and women overworked and understaffed and without a proper plan was harming them.

What do you think? I think so. They would be matched as soul mates since they have so much common ground. Here is just a brief list where Liberals and terrorists agree:
Both hate Bush- see as evil; Both want US out of Iraq
Both see GOP as the enemy; Both see Christianity as a threat; Both think the USA needs to stand down its military; Both want a Dem victory; Both hate Israel; Both support Hezbollah; Both hate Patriot Act; Both against the Warrantless Wiretaps; Both believe US is an imperial power doing evil in world; Both want Gitmo to close; Both see Abu Gharb as a holocaust; Both play to the media; Both say that Bush lied; Both see Iraq War as illegitimate; Both agree that cause of war is blood for oil; Both see corporate America as evil; Both believe America had 9-11 coming.

My wife left her job. Her last day of work was 12/5/06. The school she worked for is in the PSEA union. We received a bill from PSEA for $175.00 for Union dues for the 2006/2007 school yr. The union began back in 2004 & when it began my wife signed an enrollment form that states the following:

"By signing this membership form, I am enrolling for the 2004-2005 membership year & also agreeing to maintain my membership in the aapropriate category each membership year thereafter, unless covered by a maintenance of membership provision. I may revoke my membership by notifying in writing, my local association, if available, or PSEA no later than October 1 of that membership year or as stated in my collective bargaining agreement."

My wife signed this on 8/27/04. When the union began there was no mention of this requirement & in the union meetings there were no reminders.

40 persent of the people in jail claim to have had sex in prison. How can the Government endorse and istitutiion in wich it can not protect its inmates from rape and violance? Is this indignation considered reasonable punishment for those who brake the law even in the most minor of offences? If you can't protect your own citizens why do question tacticts in military prisons?

We have seen Tony Blair in Parliment in his usual aggressive mode saying how illegal it is for the UK navy personell to be held by the Iranian Goverment. Is he suffering from Alzeihmers disease. He illegally sent British troops into Iraq in support of an illegal war. Then an illegal court was set up and Saddam Hussein hanged. The troops are still there and not wanted and thousands of innocent Iraquis are being killed every day. We obviously want the sailors home quickly and safely. Why does Blair think one illegal act is wrong and one is right. Surely they are both illegal and neither should have happened. God help the UK when Brown takes over things will go from worse to even far worse. Blair and Brown are long past their sell by date and don't care about the ordinary people in the UK. They are simply power crazed dictators. I AM STILL TRYING TO FIND PEOPLE WHO ADMITTED THAT THEY VOTED LABOUR IN THE LAST ELECTION.
