Replaced by a true direct consensus democracy of & by the people with a veifiable voting system! Make all levels government "unlike now" well managed employees subject to firing at will. Managers & supervisors must be over 50 years of age with good fica scores NO degrees needed!

i dont understand why hilary, obama, edwards, ect never talk about drug policy reform. why are drugs the only thing we cant talk about in public? its like talking about sex in middle school, people just giggle when you talk about it. i just dont understand why we have not put an end to this war!

im starting to feel like the USA has a thing for wars they cant win. why are we putting sick med pot users in jail? why are we wasting the tax dollars putting repeating drug offenders in jail? why why why?

I deposited a cheque someone gave me. Then I withdrew money against these funds. Then the cheque bounced and the bank wants me to repay the debt and has suspended my account until I do so. However they did not informed me promptly as the first cheque was fraud, ever though they still allow me to withdraw money.

my friends and i had a couple pictures we didn't want the teachers seeing(nothing horrible) . im not quite sure how the teachers found out wee had pictures, but tyhey did and the teachers took my friend's cell phones and looked through their pictures then went through my friends email. i believe they made her enter her password or she had to tell them.

Recently i slipped and fell on private property, i banged my head hard, this was 2 weeks ago, i now have diagnosed concussion.
I cannot work as i am getting dizzy spells, and headaches, and feel very weak.
I had a CT scan, it was normal but the dr said it could be some time before i feel well enough to return to work.
The property management have already accepted liablity as they should have salted the snow and have offered to pay my wages and any other medical costs.
Also they said they would settle a compensation claim for the concussion.
Currently they are seeking my medical history, i have spoken also to a lawyer who says i do have a case.
Property management have said i can settle now or wait until i feel better, i said i will wait.
Does anybody know roughly how much compensation one should expect? At this point i don't want to sign for anything even with lawyer.
Maybe somebody reading this knows of somebody who was compensated for mild concussion? If so can you tell me?

National health care is just a scheme so the CHILDREN of teh upper middle class and wealthy can protect their inheritances, by NOT spending mommy and daddy's money on their health care in their old age.

It has NOTHING to do with the poor.

It's just another scheme by wealthy liberals to preserve their wealth and bankrupt the middle class, so they can realize their dream of a socialist utopia - the wealthy few controlling the impoverished many, without a vibrant middle class to oppose them.

It does have its disadvantages such as not being to discuss an issue back and forth easily. But it also has its advantages such as people checking out my profile and from there all my other question/answers. Check out trovalta_stinks and trovalta_stinks_2 profiles. I especially like the tax cuts don't work and southern christian conservatives are racists posts. =)

If a young man, does not want to be in an arranged marriage, and radical Islam clarics tell them they do not have to enter this marriage, that they only have to marry an islamic women? Do they then begin to follow this leader, and become brainwashed. Also, what % of suicide bombers are considered to be mentally retarted or have very low IQs?

Hey all what do you think about this?

Iran is saying the sailors were in Iran territory, however personally I think there just saying that.

The commander of HMS Cornwall is 100% certain they were NOT in the wrong place.

Personally I think the Iranian's should have 48 hours to release the soldiers, or have military action taken against them.

They are testing the UK to see how we react, it isn't the first time either. They did it back in 2004.

Abducting another nation soldiers is surely an act of war.

What do you guys think?

I received ticket last August for not having valid tabs. I got my tabs right away after the ticket. I was late paying the ticket and received notification that if I did not pay by a certain date I may incur additional finds/ have my lcense suspended. Over the weekend I got stopped and received a citation for driving after suspended. I received no further notification confirming I was suspended and I did pay my fine. I have proof of payment for tabs and the fine. My insurance agent confirmed they were also not notified of the suspension and had they been, my insurance would have been canceled. Does it sound like I will be able to contest this? I do not want to pay to re-instate because that is a plea of guilt and I have an appointment at the DMV tomorrow...

Just curious as there seems to be quite a lot of America bashing going on. Please try and separate the government/administration of a nation from its populace. I am sure that you personally didn't agree with what ever atrocity has/was done in "your" name by your country. Every country that exists has blood on its hands or did at some point. Why blame all of America when you disagree with its president? Isn’t that like smacking a child because it’s handy rather than going after its father the bully?

There is a debate today that tax breaks for upper income Americans creates jobs and helps the economy. This may be so, but what's the outcome?
Further centralization of wealth, as corporations and CEOs profit from higher earnings, increases the pressure for government entitlement programs like healthcare.
Isn't it much more sensible to keep the middle-class wealthy enough to afford to pay for it's own services rather than have the need for entitlement programs.
Even if tax breaks aimed at the middle-class don't stimulate economic growth, isn't not having the need for massive government programs equally beneficial?
Isn't it less of a strain on the economy to just take care of the needy rather than everybody?

They have hostages again like they did in the 70's. Most likely, they are all split up and being held in different parts of the country, so says one of the ex hostages from that time before. Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is purported as having been a mastermind of the prior hostage situation, and now he's their president.

Is the troop surge in Iraq really a precursor to a war with Iran?
