Hubby signed an agreement in July of '05 for a house we were moving into and wanted to purchase by July of '06 based upon us being able to get loan. We were not able to get the loan but the landlord continued to let us stay there until we moved out this past month. Now he wants to take us to court for breach of contract even though it expired last summer and no new contract was signed. Can he really do this?

This is what it is. Whe have to pick a topic and then debate on it and one person has to be for it and another has to be aginst it and we have to say why we are for it or aginst it and we have to have info from three different web sites.

Most people I knew in the military.....and I've know quite a few......were raised in Republican households. I was raised and am still Republican even was while I was in the military. It's a false statement to say that more democrats send their kids off to war. In the past that had been the case.....say over 30 years ago, but since then things have changed.....obviously not the statistics!
A few friends of mine have lost their kids in Iraq in the past few years. Also have lost some very good Army buddies too. ALL of the soldiers, parents, spouses, children, were all Republican.
Instead of deciding its a Democrat/Republican discrepancy, instead look at it was a problem of finding jobs! Places where there are not many entry-level jobs, seem to be the same places where there are more military enlistments. So are impoverished areas. Now whether these people are Dem/Rep/Ind/Green, should not come in to play, because I KNOW in the military it has absolutely NO bearing on ANYTHing!

Lets assume for a moment that VP Cheney had been killed today, and before Pres Bush could nominate a new VP the President died of a Heart attack or whatever. That would mean that Nancy Pelosi would become President. I know I would lose sleep over that horrific scenario, anybody else?

Lets face it Iraq and Saddam, were never a threat to us, but they were to Israel.
During the next fifty years we will do the same to Iran and Syria, guaranteed because they also pose a threat to Israel.

Obviously American media and government wont tell you this, including people in this very question. However masses of people in other countries already know this, but they cant do anything about it. That’s why its important to research for yourself.

Iraq was invaded 'to protect Israel' - US official By Emad Mekay
WASHINGTON - Iraq under Saddam Hussein did not pose a threat to the United States, but it did to Israel, which is one reason why Washington invaded the Arab country, according to a speech made by a member of a top-level White House intelligence group.
Inter Press Service uncovered the remarks by Philip Zelikow, who is now the executive director of the body set up to investigate the terrorist attacks on the US in September 2001 - the 9/11

President Bush turned Osama Bin Laden into Osama Bin Forgotten. He completely forgot why we entered the "War on Terror".
Nevermind Clinton since Bin Laden would have only been extradited to Saudi Arabia (if even found), Bush clearly let Bin Laden go in Tora Bora. He needed a scapegoat to continue into Iraq. All planned from the start.
Look at this Fox News video clip: http://thinkprogress.org/2006/09/14/barnes-osama/

I just don't understand the timing. All of a sudden there is all this talk about gay marriage. I don't think it was gays who made it an issue.

If you've nothing to hide and you're a law abiding citizen, then why do you disagree with ID cards in the UK? So what if you believe Big Brother is watching? After all, don't you already have a passport?

Bush, who prefers not to cripple the economy with junk science, yet does what he can by maintaining an environmentally-friendly home in Crawford, TX, or Gore, who preaches to the little guy to use less energy, yet himself uses 20 times the average home at his sprawling mansion in Tennessee?

Why don't people realize Iran will be the site of the next war. Iran supports insurgents in Iraq killing our troops and we have evidence Iranian terrorists are targeting targets in NYC and they are hard at work making nukes. We should invade before some defeatocrat softy gets elected.

I mean what is this nonsense coming out of Thomas Paine? Common Sense, indeed!

And Samuel Adams and his circular letters? What hogwash!

Benjamin Franklin and his little soiree into the harbor, as well! What kind of skullduggery are these foolish men up to?

Shouldn't we back our God-given ruler, our wonderful George?

for that reason, why do many bush-supporters say that only terrorists and their supporters are against Bush and his policies?

Only this minority, which I mentioned, does not see the corruption the Bush administration endorses.
I, personally, can't support a man who has had it proven that his administration must have forged the papers which said that Saddam was buying Uranium from Niger, Africa. But that is just a taste of the reality that the majority knows.
