I agree... exploiting sick human beings simply because they are ill in order to make a profit has to be one of the biggest sins in the world...

If you mean drugs for medicinal purposes, that won't work. It certainly may improve the lot of the poorer nation's health but then what? They still have to find work, probably search for food and water and avoid daily attacks by government forces. If you mean hard drugs, that won't work. The price is already coming down and people are no better off.

I belive in FAIR TRADE pay the growers a fair price and cut out the middle man..

wouldn't western governments be better off buying the drugs for hospital & medical use....or just so that they can then destroy the crop/drugs......
