Ahhh...No.

If anything happened to the Vice President, Bush would appoint a successor who would then have to be confirmed by the Senate. Pelosi is in the line of succession to become president as Speaker of the House. But the only way that could happen would be if something happened to Bush and Cheney simultaneously.

Now, be nice to Nancy! She has had a tough week. And it is only Tuesday!

Nancy is many things, but not dumb enough to do something like this.

Besides, if something happens to Cheney, Bush appoints a new VP.

It doesn't work that way, Skippy.

If Cheney dies or quits, Bush will appoint another VP, like Nixon did when Agnew resigned.

What makes right-wing crackpots so ignorant? Must be Faux News and Flush Phlegmball filling their heads with garbage again.
