Why is canada and europe where it's mostly majority liberal gaining so much ground on the USA economically, socially, and technically? Of the industialized countries, the usa is the farthest behind in cell phone use and infrastructure, we are falling behind everyday in adoption of Broad band internet, and we one of only 3 nations out of 127 industrialized countries that do NOT have universal medical coverage. Don't you think it's time to wake up from the NEOCON slumber we have been in for the past 30 years and start trying to catch up?

"A former Boston Center air traffic controller has gone public on his assertion that 9/11 was an inside job and that Donald Rumsfeld and the Pentagon tracked three of the four flights from the point of their hijacking to hitting their targets. In an astounding telephone interview, Robin Hordon claims air traffic controllers have been ignored or silenced to protect the true perpetrators of 9/11."

Do you think that, after what they did, they could ever have imagined that the people, that they did so much for, would simply allow the sovereignty of this USA to be given away? Millions enter our country and our, so called, leaders refuse to take any meaningful action. Agreements are being made to form a EURO type union, without so much as a peep from our government or the people of this country. Thousands are being killed in Iraq, and that is distracting everyone from the thousands who are being killed by the illegal invaders. Many defend illegal immigration, claiming that they are tolerant, but how far does tolerance go? Many defend the President's lack of action. Does a President that does not use every power available to him, including the "Bully Pulpit", to protect his homeland, deserve your loyalty? I believe that if our Founding Fathers knew that we would ever become this passive, they would simply have said, FORGET IT!.

I mean Rrrreeallly... Isn't that about the most insane rhetoric ever said?

I've been watching the CSPAN House Iraqi debates. From the R party all I have heard when they refer to Democrats are terms like:

Fleeing Iraq.
They don't support freedom.
They don't support the troops.
Defeatist.
Mirco-manage the war.

I mean really, come on... does anyone really think Democrats actually want to lose everything we have tried to accomplish there? That we really want to just say 'forget it'?

That's absurd.

The Democrats are trying to go with recommendations of the Iraq Study Group, committees, Generals, etc... everyone except Bush thinks we should be downsizing in order to force Maliki into taking more control.

Let's say you sue someone just to cost them a lot of money. In the process you insert multiple blatant lies in the lawsuit. If the other person can prove you intentionally lied can you face criminal charges or anything like that?

Yes, total chaos & a massive civil war would break out but not only between Iraqi Sunni & Iraqi Shiites, it would include a massive fight between Sunni terrorists (Al Qaeda) & Shiite radicals/terrorists who would be killing each other & they wouldn't be able to even think about attacking the US or Israel for the next 10 to 25 years or more because they'd be too busy killing each other.

The Mideast has been chaotic for the over 100 years. If US troops pulled out of Iraq it would just be another chapter of chaos added to the Mideast history books but the only harm the US would feel is higher gas prices for awhile but if it means saving the lives of US troops I'd gladly pay for more expensive gas. Wouldn't you?

Would many 1000s of Muslims die in that civil war? Yes, but many 1000s are dying now, the terrorists haven't been eliminated, US troops are dying & Bush has no effective plan on how to win. You want another 10 years of stalemate in Iraq or a solution to this mess?

If the Natoinal Enquirer has slanderous articles about a celebrity the celebrity sues for slander!!!

Wouldn't any of the people being discussed in prison planet or info wars sue for slander if they weren't guilty of these accusations!!

I mean come on implicating American government officials in murder and treason!!!!!!!

That's more of a slander if untrue than anything some celebrity has done!

Just something to think about!

Could Iraq be the stage for financial war between the US and the "Death to America" (DTA) crowd? Whoever runs out of money first, loses? Like Vietnam as a stage for the war between the US and Russia/China, again with whoever runs out of money first, loses (the US ran out of money first). Who will run out of money first in this war between the US and the DTA crowd?

im not a finacial guru by any means, but, if a flat sales tax rate was implemented (say 23%, rather than the average 7%) rather than taxing income, what would the ramifications be?

would our businesses be able to flourish without the burden of corporate taxes, and the ability to write off almost all expenses tax exempt?

or would the working class suffer as a result of higher prices (keep in mind that your paycheck would be 25% bigger)?

or would the government be crippled by the possibility of less income from taxes?

would the stock market skyrocket along with interest rates? or vice versa?

I like this guy, and his plan seems sound. I for one hope he pulls it off and restores some shine on the army brass, but unfortunately it depends on the Iraqis standing up and pulling their weight. Bush is still a moron for getting us and the military into this situation, and for letting Rummy compound the problems by mismanaging the occupation. Firing Bumsfeld may have been the only thing he's done right so far.

In multiple places my lease says specifically that my apartment has "NO SMOKING" allowed. The landlord told me that the whole building is, as well. My neighbor has been smoking pot and cigarettes in her apt. I have reported this to the landlord on many occasions. He said he told her to stop, but has never "caught her in the act." Even the maintenance man said it smells in the building.
I chose this particular apartment because it was non-smoking and has new carpet, so it doesn't smell like smoke. I also have really bad allergies, and have been sick twice since living here for only 2.5 months.

Is he violating our lease agreement by allowing them to continue to smoke?

Prior to the “New Pearl Harbor” of Sept. 11, 2001, the US already had attack plans drawn up and ready for a bombing campaign in Afghanistan. The neoconservatives were merely the Bush cheerleading team, touting the wars freely across the media, in personal readiness of the increased military spending to come their way via massive defense contract commissions, especially linked to the seemingly ever-threatened Israel.

In 2001, the US was the Taleban’s second largest donor; it gave $124.2 million up until May. Ostensibly for agricultural aid and humanitarian assistance, such largesse was a seduction of the Taleban into allowing American UNOCAL to build a pipeline from the energy rich Caspian Sea through Afghanistan and out to the warm waters of the Gulf and Indian Ocean. The Taleban rejected the offer. In August 2001, Christina Rocca of the US State Department warned the Taleban, “Accept our offer of a carpet of gold, or we bury you under a carpet of bombs.” The Taleban instead signed a deal to build with Bridas, an Argentinean company. The following month, on Sept. 11, the Pentagon and Twin Towers were attacked and the US indeed bombed Afghanistan in October. Hamid Karzai, former UNOCAL consultant and translator for the Taleban, was installed as head of the country, the previous pipeline contract with Argentina was nullified, and the US was fully in charge.

The right in the USA is different than other rights around the world because the right in the USA is so liberal, so pervert, so hypocrital, so gay, so dumb, so pro israel and so protestant, unlike the other rights that are the opposite.
