I would say the Judiciary is doing a wonderful job. With the lakhs of cases pending, and the new administrative rules being generated in the recent past, the judiciary surely does intend to give society transparency in its ways of operation. As compared to just 4 years ago, the judiciary has immensely reformed itself in the interest of society. I have a civil case in court, and I know.

Since when has the Judiciary (or judges) 'served' the need of the public? I have had to deal with the inane, terminally slow, complicated, and convoluted processing of the courts (and believe me .. it is ever present -- in both the Civil and Criminal sides of the house -- but ESPECIALLY TRUE in Family Law Proceedings .. and also in the FRUSTRATING and DIFFICULT journey to TRY to protect myself through Restraining Orders/Personal Protective Orders ... ).

Reforms? What has happened is that there are MORE excuses now for a person to CONTINUE to abuse another with impunity ... because ... as the last judge I most recently went in front of (and this was immediately after My Ex and an adult child BURGLARIZED my Home and MY Ex THREATENED to harm me in OPEN COURT) ... and the 'Judge' in the case said the following ... "... I do NOT see the connection ... or how this is imminent danger to you ... that he is intending to cause you harm ... or that you FEAR for your life/property ..." (Hey, judge, just because you can NOT connect the dots between the multiple police reports of the Ex stalking me, the THREAT against my life in open court and the Burglary, plus the harassing phone calls and the trespass all within ONE WEEK's TIME?
