Matters like this are within the jurisdiction of the FBi whether on US soil or foreign. CIA deals with other issues.

It is in NO news that FBI is investigating; someone indicted on this is very far fetched.

Is that what they are saying now? Mossad?
It was meant to reach the Iraq governement to assist in funding their establisments.
Think about this:
why would it have been sent in cash, i.e. american 100 dollar bills?
1) us currency is not Iraqi currency
2) it was all 100 dollar bills, what good is that going to do if, even if it was the proper currency, how would change be made.
3) why sent in cash? Iraq if repeatedly under bombing attacks, paper burns.

If it was intended to reach the Iraq govenment, and be utilized for it's intended purposed, it would have been sent by wire transfer, and therefore traceable, don't you think.

The $12B was sent in multiple shipments over the past years. It wasn't until the Dems got control of the house and started investigating did this become an issue.

I think this administration has got some explaining to do. I would check the Bush top supporters and officers bank accounts, both US and offshore to find out where that $$ really is.

You know, they got all these contractors over there to help rebuild and do work needed for health, electricity, etc. All of which is being affected by the war. Why did they need to send all that money over there in the first place? Do they have the supplies available to purchase the things they need with $100 bills. Smells mighty mighty strange. The Inspector General's office may uncover some of the waste, but before it's all over, I bet some top officials got a finger in it and there will be a cover up.

you may not know it but when you mention the Mossad, I am some what familiar with how they operate and this one sounds like something they would pull off, they have the expertise , the moles, and the azz to do it like several things that no one seems to find the answer to , and they have the power in our congress and senate and president to see that a full investigation was did, and our F;B;I; is to stupid to catch them even if they had authority,

Only 8.8 billion is unaccounted for and they are not investigating because they know where it went and don't want to step on the wrong toes.

The FBI is a domestic agency. It would be up to the CIA to investigate.

Because they're embarrassed that it went right into the hands of the insurgents to fund the war against us. Nice job jackasses. This is what you get when there is no accountability.
