When two people have equal control of a house, can one person give consent, if the other person is present and objects to a warrantless search?

before i ask my question i'm going to give you some info to think about.

About 3 days ago, there was an article in yahoo news that was very anti-administration. I am very sick right now, so i dont have the energy to try and go through the history logs to find the article.. but you can trust me i didnt make this up...
It had this 1 sentence, randomly written on the top of the article. It wasnt what the article was about, i really dont know why it was there. it said something similar to.. "President George W. Bush, since his initial oath of service as the president of america, has lowered America's intake of oil by 10-15%."

What the democrats and the general media are trying to do is corrupt. They are trying to trick people into thinking something is bad through playing mindgames. They are trying to take the presidential seat by tricking america.

Okay here's the idea: To put breathalizers in every car that control whether it starts or not, depending on the blood alcohol level.

How do I make this idea a reality? Do I put a petition together? I have no idea where to start here.

Cheney: Talk of blunders in Iraq is 'hogwash'
POSTED: 6:36 p.m. EST, January 25, 2007
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Vice President Dick Cheney on Wednesday dismissed as "hogwash" the suggestion that blunders may have hurt the administration's credibility on Iraq.

In an interview with CNN's Wolf Blitzer, conducted a day after Bush delivered his State of the Union address, Cheney was asked to respond to some Republicans in Congress who "are now seriously questioning your credibility, because of the blunders and the failures."

To that, Cheney answered, "Wolf, Wolf, I simply don't accept the premise of your question. I just think it's hogwash."

Liberals hate that "Bush used 9/11 as an excuse to invade Iraq" and they repeat this quote as if it is the most appalling thing that a human being can do.

In my opinion, there are ALOT of serious issues around the world that need to be addressed. And 9/11 proved that there were serious issues in the 90's that were not properly addressed. Its a real shame what the results were.

The idea that our leaders should not be able to use historic events such as 9/11 as a reason or even an "excuse" to take action is the ultimate pinacle of ignorance. Why not just burn a mountain of history books?

Where would 70% of the public get this idea?

Does repeatedly implying a connection, contribute to the American public believing a connection in fact existed?

So, even if someone doesn't explicitly say there was a connection, but in every press conference, press briefing, interview of every member of the administration, they somehow manage to mention Iraq when speaking of 9-11, it is so unreasonable for the majority of Americans to presume they are saying a connection existed?

Is it disingenuous to state the Bush administration never connected Iraq to 9-11?

My niece has a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend. They recently went to court and had proven that he was not the father of her baby. After court her ex-boyfriend his mother, sister and new girlfriend started calling her names. My niece did not respond because she was alone and didn't want these people to jump on her.

Were their any violations made there at all?

I told her to call the police last week when she was walking to the store and they threw eggs on her but she was too humiliated to do it. The restraining order is good untill June 2007.

Does she need to have proof that these actions occurred?

Am I the only one that sees them not making laws as they were hired but wasting their time criticising the "Plan" and wasting their time passing a "non binding" resolution" furthering their agenda. we didn't hire them to pass judgment on the President or to pass a bunch of do nothing bullcrap... i'm tired of hearing everyone condenming what we are doing in the world and offering no alternatives..or alternatives that are absolutly goofy....in a war both sides lose! Always! So why are the Lawmakers not making laws and trying to dictate foriegn affairs or the defence dept with the threat of withholding funds??? How can we "the people" withhold funds from lawmakers hired the make laws and don't, instead they spend their time blaming the other party for our woes...Or, once in office they decide...i know i told these people i'd be their senator, but now just campaigning for the pres makes me money even if'n i lose plus i get out of lot of my senator duties . CRAP!!!

Not being judgmental because I love a good conspiracy.
Lets say you are right and the US attacked or knew the world trade center and the pentagon would be attacked and this would enable the US to go on the warpath.......pardon the pun. What are the chances that this whole Iraq war is just a game of chess with Iran? Russia? What would the motivation behind it be?
What do you think those Russian spies knew that they died for.
What does the United States government know that have sent over 3000 soldiers to their death? Why is Russia becoming a big player in this game? In other words what do all these big government players know that we don't?
