Am I the only one that sees them not making laws as they were hired but wasting their time criticising the "Plan" and wasting their time passing a "non binding" resolution" furthering their agenda. we didn't hire them to pass judgment on the President or to pass a bunch of do nothing bullcrap... i'm tired of hearing everyone condenming what we are doing in the world and offering no alternatives..or alternatives that are absolutly goofy....in a war both sides lose! Always! So why are the Lawmakers not making laws and trying to dictate foriegn affairs or the defence dept with the threat of withholding funds??? How can we "the people" withhold funds from lawmakers hired the make laws and don't, instead they spend their time blaming the other party for our woes...Or, once in office they decide...i know i told these people i'd be their senator,but now just campaigning for the pres makes me money even if'n i lose plus i get out of lot of my senator duties . CRAP!!!

Look at it from their point of view: "Why spoil a good thing. We're making millions off of the special interests, and unless we break the law(we can always pass laws to make it difficult for our constituents to know who did what), nobody can touch us. And we can vote ourselves payraises.

Your so right! It seems from the day they take office they start working not on America business but their own. How much will this special interest give me, how can I get reelected ,who can I criticized to make me look better and on and on.WHY can't America be put first? THEY ALL SUCK!

These people, as much as they say they will work for us only wish for their own "power". It makes me sick. Both sides are equally as bed. Make love, not..........
