Hopefully when everyone catches up, they will read or hear about the CIA briefer AND Kathy Martin (worked with Libby and Cheney) testimony that Cheney was obsessed with Valerie Wilson Plame two months before her name came out.

No. Read the Constitution. If he did this it would not give aid or comfort to the enemy, as Valarie Plame is not and never has been a field agent.
