okay so i have this take home frq due tomorrow.
the prompt is..
How do you account for the failure of Reconstruction (1865-1877) to bring social and economic equality of opportunity to the former slaves?
I don't understand this prompt. does this mean why did reconstruction fail in giving former slaves equality..? or .. any ideas

like, his army is killing so many innocent people too in iraq and afghanistan. he is not killing them by his own two hands but he is killing them by his orders. army is not gonna kill people by their choice. i don't have enough time to be so much worried about my english and i am not asking stupid questions! it is general that are we going to hang him like saddam because he is the big reason of the distruction of muslims. and he is an international terrorist, isn't he?
