it is an online site direct to No.10, there is a petition there agianst the introduction of travel tax, I signed in the other day there have been 33,000+ signed in then. but anybody can start a petition up some of them are very serious and some are a bit strange as is this site, but it is the official No.10 website. worth a look around!
