I think in the Bush administration, along with other right-wing polticians, only use the "family values" ticket as a ploy to pull votes and get campaign money. But when you look at the policies and actions of this facist administration, he is anti-family. If he really cared about families he would approve stem-cell research, create an optional free healthcare system, oppose homophobia by supporting gay married families, and stop sending our sons, daughters, mothers, and fathers off to fight a losing war with no end in sight. And what does he plan to do for the families of wounded and fallen soldiers? The Veterans Administration is severly under-funded now and all Bush has done was allow more of the VA budget to be cut. What will he do for the families who lost thier homes and loved ones to hurricane katrina? While he cant be blamed for the hurricane he can be blamed for the utter failure of response. The families of Americas greatest enemy is george bush, hopefully they realize that in 2008.

Umm the real American family, or the Bush lite version? I am in a family and I can tell you that the so called family values issue of abortion, birth control, gay marriage and so on have no meaning here. Real American family issues are health care, social security ( with the emphasis on security) insurance reform, (they charge what ever they want) and credit card interest rates (the mafia would be ashamed) and the passing on of taxes from the federal to the state and local levels. Despite Bush's endless call for sacrifice, unless you have someone in the military, the war in Iraq just seems both endless and useless. One gets tired of being fearful and resents getting flogged with the idea of terrorists. We know they are there, but examining my shoes on a plane isn't going to save the US. They trot the 'family' thing out like a photo op at election time and then forget us.

When each and every unmarried little bit of feedback leveled at Obama's insurance policies or schedule is categorised "racism" it's not anything greater than a crutch or a useless try to detract from the problems Really, what might you name the big quantities of feedback yelled at each and every flip at president Bush for eight years, it used to be no longer then racism to voice descent at his insurance policies, it used to be "well" and "wanted" and "patriotic". The indisputable fact that Obama is facet black makes no change to nearly all of the American folks, it's his schedule, insurance policies and beliefs that the majority are bashing, no longer his race. Are there a couple of that sure it's racism, I'm certain, I have heard folks kind either side of the political spectrum say unintelligent and visible racist matters however they don't seem to be the norm and will have to be taken for what they're, fringe wackos.

The fear is justified. We were attacked first. Remember? You can't sit in your Honda Civic, as you drive to work everyday, completely oblivious to the outside world. I've been all over the world for leisure and as a soldier. They will bring the fight to you whether you want to believe it or not. Why? Just because of the way you live and the questions you're asking right now. They have no justification. Bush is bringing the fight to them instead. So, go cruise in your little Hybrid and drink your Starbucks latte' while the rest of us give a damn.
The family is still here. The media is busy covering murders and mayhem instead. That is why you don't see it on television. It's up to us as responsible citizens to uphold the values at our level. It is not the responsibility of the government. Would you want them making decisions for your family? It's hard enough getting ready for the Democrats proposed tax increases.
So, relax. The family is still here. We're just dealing with the state of the world. Don't blame Bush. Blame crazy Islamists.
